This is under an open system, all activities of the entity take place in constant interaction with the internal and external environments. Environment changes pose a threat to the survival of companies and provide opportunities for growth. Changes in the internal and external environment surrounding businesses have a profound impact on the establishment of management strategies and the achievement of management performance. The business environment is changing rapidly as the needs of customers increase and various technological innovations are commercialized. To meet these changes, an entity needs to develop an appropriate management strategy. The collected data were analyzed using the default statistics of SPSS 22.0 and the Smart PLS 2.0 (Partial Least Squared) using the structured formula. The results of the study are as follows. First, the management environment (technology strength, competition strength, government support policy, and finance support) had a significant impact on the management strategy. Second, management strategies had a significant impact on management performance. This means that in order for an entity to settle in the market, it is essential to establish a discriminatory management strategy in various business environments. To measure an entity's performance, active use of its management strategy is necessary.","PeriodicalId":393957,"journal":{"name":"Global Convergence Research Academy","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115043819","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the other hand, side effects such as lack of professionalism of caregivers and unstable employment and treatment have emerged. Due to the rapid aging of the elderly, the long-term care insurance system was designed as an alternative to social filial piety and social care due to the explosive increase in the elderly population with needs and desires for care and the limitations of traditional family support. In addition, in preparation for the reduction of the economically active population due to low birth rates, the purpose is to promote women's participation in economic activities at home and to create care jobs suitable for women on a large scale. This study empirically analyzed the effects on care ethics and job satisfaction by raising the human rights awareness of caregivers. The summary of the study is as follows. The test results of Hypothesis 1 are as follows. First, human rights awareness had a significant effect on basic work ethics. Second, human rights awareness had a significant effect on work ethics for clients. Third, human rights awareness had a significant effect on work ethics for colleagues. Fourth, human rights awareness had a significant effect on the work ethic of the facility. The test results of Hypothesis 2 are as follows. Fifth, basic ethics had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Sixth, the elderly ethics had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Seventh, work ethic about coworkers had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Eighth, occupational ethics of facilities had a significant effect on job satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":393957,"journal":{"name":"Global Convergence Research Academy","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133840752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to achieve this research purpose, this study comprehensively reviewed domestic and foreign previous studies on role stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. hypotheses and research models were established. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that role stress had a negative (-) effect on job satisfaction. It can be seen that the higher the role stress, the lower the job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction was found to have a negative (-) effect on turnover intention. It can be seen that the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the turnover intention. As a result of the study, it was found that the less role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload, which are components of role stress, the higher the job satisfaction of caregivers, and the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the turnover intention. Therefore, it is more important than anything else to reduce the role stress of caregivers working in elderly medical welfare facilities and to increase job satisfaction of caregivers. To this end, it is necessary to develop a standard manual that can reduce role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload of caregivers.","PeriodicalId":393957,"journal":{"name":"Global Convergence Research Academy","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127628703","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, it is necessary to analyze which factors affect the intention of users using FinTech-based mobile asset management. Starting from a third-party payment tool, but now, Alipay, which has been transformed into a new asset management tool, we conducted an empirical analysis of how financial service characteristics affect customer intention on mobile FinTech. Empirical studies were conducted after reviewing previous studies on financial service characteristics, customer satisfaction, and use intention. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 as basic statistics and Smart PLS 2.0 (Partial Least Squared) using structural equations. The research results are as follows. First, the characteristics of financial services (convenience, benefit, security, and flexibility) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on use intention. This means that in order to settle in the market, it is essential to establish differentiated financial services in a rapidly changing business environment. In order to attract customers in the mobile market, it is necessary to actively use the characteristics of financial services.","PeriodicalId":393957,"journal":{"name":"Global Convergence Research Academy","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121101636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Information welfare is the ultimate goal of improving the level of information satisfaction and use of information among members of society. Information welfare has emerged as an important issue in our society as it can improve the quality of life and improve productivity of members of society. Just as economic polarization is due to the capital gap in capitalist society, the concept of information welfare is very important to minimize the digital divide and ensure equal opportunities for everyone to have easy access to information. In order to identify the relationship between information welfare policy activation and information satisfaction, this study selected the increase of information education, the establishment of new information policy, and the realization of information policy based on the preceding study as elements of information welfare policy and conducted empirical research. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the information welfare policy (increase of information education, establishment of new information policies, and realization of information policies) had significant impact on the activation of information welfare. Second, the activation of information welfare had significant effect on information satisfaction. The improvement of information welfare will promote social participation of the underprivileged by expanding human relations. This study is meaningful in presenting a new direction for information welfare policies for the revitalization of information welfare.","PeriodicalId":393957,"journal":{"name":"Global Convergence Research Academy","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128677566","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
