Usually, a fuzzy control law is constructed by a set of controllers for each local linear representation to carry out the control of a T-S fuzzy system. While, simultaneous control addresses the stability and performance of multiple plants under a single feedback controller. In this paper, simultaneous linear control for nonlinear uncertain systems described by general T-S fuzzy model is considered. A procedure for simultaneous control of T-S fuzzy systems with parametric uncertainties is presented, by which robust reliability method is adopted to deal with uncertainties. Simultaneously linear controller design for an uncertain T-S fuzzy system is carried out by solving a problem of robust reliability based optimization, in which, both the robustness with respect to uncertainties and the control cost can be taken into account simultaneously. Along the machining of this type of structure, large quantities of material are removed with the risk of the instability of the process. This paper studies the effect of helix and normal rake angles on milling stability by analyzing the geometrical relationship of oblique cutting, and obtains the mathematic relationship expressions between the cutter parameters and chatter. Moreover, this paper derives the three-dimensional stability lobes of the spindle speed, axial and radial depths under the condition of different helix angle, normal rake angles and cutter tooth. PMSM system is required to become quick response and insensitivity to the variation of parameters and disturbance especially in the electric vehicle. In order to solve the problems, this paper presents a new compound control method containing fuzzy control, sliding-mode variable structure control and neural network control. The effectiveness of the proposed controller is demonstrated by MATLAB/SIMULINK. To improve the forecasting ability of CARRX model, a new volatility forecasting method combining least squares support vector regression (LSSVR) with adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) is proposed to the traditional CARRX model. The non-parametric CARRX model is constructed by the LSSVR and APSO algorithm is designed to select the optimal parameters of LSSVR (LSSVR-APSO-CARRX). Based on analyzing process capability index (PCI), process capability may be effectively assured. The paper presents a modify spatial multivariate PCI method, which can solve multivariate off-centered case and may provide references for assuring and improving process quality level while achieving overall evaluation of process quality. The optimum oil nozzle arrangement and oil jet velocity are obtained based on related theoretical and experimental research results. A thick-walled orifice is taken as the model of the oil nozzle to derive the oil-supply pressure that meets the ideal oil jet velocity. The optimum oil-supply pressure for a set of test spur gears used in the helicopter transmission is calculated under different gear operating speed and with different oil nozzle configuration. It is shown that the optimum oil-supply pressure increases as the increase of the gear running speed, but decreases as the increase of the flow velocity coefficient of the nozzle. It is shown that the system can get better identification efficiency, which can reach an identification rate of 81.25%. The system can be convenient and efficient to extract and display the spatial information and attribute information of various sections of the road or traffic facilities. As well as through processing and analyzing traffic status information and traffic accident information, the road traffic incidents are to be early detected, early identified, early decided and early promulgate.
