The authors used the latest reports related to studies of audience and mass media by influential organizations, such as: communications regulator Ofcom, the Broadcasters' Audience Research Board (BARB), National Readers Survey (NRS), the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) and the organization that make Internet audience measurement (comScore). The authors come to the conclusion about major changes over the past ten years caused by transformation in the behavior and preferences of news consumers, particularly among younger age groups, under technological innovations. The consumer now has access to a variety of information sources, often free of charge, which generally undermines the economic basis of the media industry. One of the most important ways for preventing deforestation is improvement of forestry and criminal legislation. Not all organizations, enterprises and institutions are ready to comply with contractual agreements. It encourages loggers to commit crimes. The current forest legislation and measures taken do not reduce the number of offenses and crimes in the Russian forest industry. Researchers propose amendments to the Forest Code of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure of space monitoring over the forest. Deforestation is a Russian and global problem. Deforestation causes negative consequences affecting the environment, influences regional economies. Trees can be cut down for human needs and the needs of local governments, construction of facilities, sale, etc. According to the Russian Forestry Agency, the volume of illegally cut wood is several million cubic meters. The President of the Russian Federation pays attention to environmental issues and ecology. The forest area is decreasing at a rapid pace. In our opinion, financial innovations, according to their financial nature, are the result of innovation activity, which is based on money and its movement, as well as monetary relations. Banking innovation activity is understood as the degree of innovative banking products diffusion into the daily activities of economic entities in the region. At the same time, we believe that the higher the rate of diffusion of innovations in the banking sector of the region's economy, that is, the faster innovations in the banking services market are adopted, assimilated and distributed, the more stable and competitive the banking system of the region in the long term. Its characteristic feature is a significant multiplicative effect that generates incomes in related sectors of the economy and gives impetus to their development. National tourism should play a key role in the development of the territories, since it is, tourism which is the main source of financial income from tourist activities. In the regions of our country, national tourism is poorly developed, which is explained by the underdeveloped infrastructure of the industry, the discrepancy between prices for tourist products and their quality, as well as the lack of qualified personnel. It is obvious, however, that it is the infrastructural component that most influences the tourist attractiveness of a region. At the same time, at the moment, the following factors contribute to the popularity of national (domestic) tourism: the turbulent geopolitical situation in many countries, the growth of the exchange rate, the restrictions on Russian travel to popular foreign resorts etc. Under these conditions, the studies that analyze the existing infrastructure of a region, including using the theory of complex networks, become","PeriodicalId":393650,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Internation Conference on \"Humanities and Social Sciences: Novations, Problems, Prospects\" (HSSNPP 2019)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114069899","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
