In this process, the fact that hotel businesses are closed for a while or downsizing may make it possible for employees to experience job insecurity. When the literature is examined, the limited number of studies examining the relationship between the perceived health risk of hotel employees and job insecurity has been decisive in the conduct of this study. In this context, the aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between the health risk perceived by the employees of five-star hotel businesses related to COVID-19 and job insecurity. Questionnaire technique, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study. The study was carried out with employees of a five-star hotel in Istanbul. It has been found that the perceived health risk associated with COVID-19 has a positive and significant effect on job insecurity. The researchers conduct qualitative methods, by observation, and in-depth interviews, so that the data obtained is then analyzed internally and externally to find the conduit of Kubu Gadang village based on the position of the life cycle of tourism attraction which then the data is processed with SWOT analysis to produce and formulate strategy. As a result, enriching the quality of visitors’ museum experiences is considered as one of the main duties of museum management and modern museology. Following this line of thought, this study aims to analyze visitor experiences in museums from the perspective of museum managers. The study was carried out by using a semistructured in-depth interview technique and included the participation of the managers of nine museums in İzmir operating under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The analysis offers supportive evidence that visitor experiences should be considered as a whole and that it is beneficial for the visitors to research the museum in advance via use of the offical museum website and social media accounts. Moreover, it is determined that the museum administrations’ improvement of physical conditions and the usage of various applications that such as; technology, activities and various additional services that incorporates the visitor in the experience is essential in enhancing its quality. It is also suggested that the state should update its current legislation and museum management approach. 1 Arş.
