The statistical theory is based on the characteristic function of A. Lyapunov of a random signal. It is proposed to consider the characteristic function of a non-deterministic signal with ASK, which simultaneously with the amplitude of the oscillation is modulated by a telegraph message. Taking into account this phenomenon, it was decided to further investigate the ASK signal from the standpoint of the so-called statistical shift keying (SSK), since the advantages of the new modulation method according to the forecast will significantly increase the performance of the proposed modem. The old demodulator is removed in the ASK modem and a patented demodulator is installed for receiving SSK signals using estimates of the real and imaginary parts of the Lyapunov characteristic function. The analysis of the energy performance and noise immunity of the modernized modem is made. As a result of the use of the first discovered property of the Lyapunov characteristic function, the noise immunity of a digital system with amplitude shift keying is increased by ten orders of magnitude by including a promising modem in its composition, and an energy gain of 10 dB compared to QPSK or 13 dB compared to ASK is obtained. Practical relevance: Replacing old ASK signal modems with new SSK signal modems will increase the quality of digital systems many times and make them competitive with other systems, including QPSK digital systems.","PeriodicalId":391686,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Radio Electronics","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123919025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The starting distribution is the linear increasing of wave number from initial to final points of structure. As an approach it is employed the presentation of structure as a combination from layers in each if it’s the wave number is constant but from one layer to other increases by stepped manner. It is formed 12 distributions with increasing fractional of distribution of structure to steps. It is shown that the dependence of reflection coefficient from the fractional distribution of structure with constant of its length has powerfully indented resonance character. It is shown that for expulsion the possibility of resonances excitation the half of minimum wave length must be more then whole length of structure. From this demand it is found the critical as so maximum value of wave number which is equal to ratio of number “pi” to the whole length of structure. It is found that the correct approximation of linear increasing by stepped is the so as which maximum of wave number is less than critical. It is found that in practice near the critical value for the achieve the correction (near 5%) it is enough the distribution of structure on seven steps which have equal high and length. When the maximum of wave number is more than critical number the anyone increasing of distribution (so as increasing of steps quantity) for increasing of approximation precision of linear structure by stepped does not achieved.","PeriodicalId":391686,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Radio Electronics","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133405622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They operate at high frequencies and have improved weight and dimensions. This exacerbates the problem of intrasystem electromagnetic compatibility of technical means. In this case, often, the problem of electromagnetic compatibility is manifested only in conditions of complete installation and operation. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to develop a methodology and tools for the study of conducted interference from power converters in operating conditions. A capacitive sensor has been created to measure conductive interference in the housing of the power converter and in the conductive elements of the design of technical facilities. Examples of the study of conducted interference from a pulsed power supply in the time and frequency domains are given. A circuit model for calculating the real parameters of conducted interference is proposed. An example of calculation is given. The noise amplitude reaches several tenths of a volt. A significant part of the interference energy is in the range up to 10 MHz. The dependences of the decrease in the amplitude of conducted interference on the distance to the source are presented. Interference without significant attenuation can propagate up to several meters through conductive structural elements. In this case, with increasing distance, voltage fluctuations at the leading and trailing edges of the pulses increase. The methodology and tools can be used to study possible propagation paths and parameters of conducted interference from different sources in the area of their operation. They can also be used to evaluate the effectiveness of interference mitigation measures.","PeriodicalId":391686,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Radio Electronics","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127746612","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The expressions of field are valid in a near-surface layer with a thickness of the order of the wavelength and have the form of a sum of a series of azimuthal harmonics and an integral over a continuous spectrum of eigenfunctions of the field. The coefficients of the series are expressed by integrals from the product of a given distribution of sources with eigenfunctions. For eigenfunctions, both general integral representations and closed expressions in terms of Airy functions are obtained, which are uniformly valid along surface of a rotation for the case of one pole by the parabolic equation method. The field expressions take into account the inseparability of the field by the sum in term of E- and H-type fields, are uniformly valid in the near-surface layer, excluding the vicinity of the poles of the rotation surface, and have no discontinuities on the caustics of surface rays. The expressions obtained were used to calculate the mutual admittances between two annular slots on a semi-infinite and smoothly truncated conical surface. Numerical results obtained by the proposed and rigorous methods for a semi-infinite cone were compared. It is shown that in the case of in-phase annular slots in a semi-infinite cone, the obtained asymptotic expression for mutual admittance coincides with the main term of the asymptotic of a strict solution based on the method of eigenfunctions.","PeriodicalId":391686,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Radio Electronics","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129191698","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A technique for measuring the wind field in the millimeter wavelength range using a coherent radar is described. The results of measurements of the radar reflectivity Z under summer convection cannot be interpreted by the theory of Bragg scattering on inhomogeneities due to locally homogeneous isotropic turbulence. The experimental values can exceed the theoretical estimates by two orders of magnitude. An analysis of the fine structure of the Doppler spectra obtained under summer conditions indicates their large width, multi-peakedness, and spatial variability. The authors attribute these features to the formation of thermals, the structure of which is accompanied by closely spaced ascending and descending flows. The high level of radar reflectivity also confirms the convective version of signal generation, in which a large moisture difference in closely spaced ascending and descending layers at the thermal boundary forms eddies with large refractive index gradients.","PeriodicalId":391686,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Radio Electronics","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127557571","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is proposed the model presentation of transducer in the view of two connected oscillators first of its corresponds to magnetic part of structure and the second correspond to elastic its part. The first oscillator is linear and the second is nonlinear. The nonlinearity and connection have cubic character. In dependence from the excitation level it is found five basal regimes of vibrations: №1 – synchronize, №2 – three-multiplication of frequency, №3 – chaos, №4 – gigantic oscillations, №5 – delayed stabilization. In these regimes the time-evolvent of vibrations and its parametric portraits in coordinates displacement – derivative from displacement and also frequency spectra of forced vibrations are investigated. The regimes №1б №2 are stable. The vibrations in this regimes are harmonic and complete determined. The regimes №3-№5 are non-stable. The vibrations in this regimes has chaotic or near to chaotic character. On the level of excitation the stable regimes are separated from non-stable by sharp threshold. By the overcoming of which the vibration amplitude increases by sharp jump over two-three orders. By the excitation on non-stable regimes it is established the application on the main vibrations the attendant vibrations. The frequency of attendant vibrations is higher than excitation frequency on two-three orders.
