The analysis is executed in specimens with specific carbon containing about 80-97% and specific conductivity from 2200 to 8600 Sm/m. The results of measuring were the cards of carbon distribution along the specimen surface. It was investigated four specimens and in each specimen was copied five cards in different its points, as a result – twenty cards. It is found the presence on the cards the graphene packets and long graphene ribbons and also domains without clear graphene-similar structure. For the analysis of local carbon distribution, it is proposed the discretization method which consist of applying on the card plane the grid with square cells and following analysis of regularity graphene layers by each cell. It is found three levels of structure regularization: high, middle and low. For the high level it is typical the regular periodic distribution of graphene layers along the whole square of cell, for middle – explosive character of graphene layers, for low – absence of graphene layers along the whole cell. For individual characteristics of each specimen, it is proposed the concept of order degree which supposed the relative number cells in three levels which is averaged on all its cards. It is found that in typical case the high degree of order presents on 35,4% of card area, middle in 47,3% and low in 17,3% of the same area. By way of possible course of distinction in order level is proposed the specific geological origin of specimens from different depositions.","PeriodicalId":391686,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Radio Electronics","volume":"247 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139291710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of estimated task solution the amplitude-frequency characteristics of magnetic and elastic vibrations are found. It is shown that in conditions when the ferromagnetic resonance frequency is higher then own elastic vibration of the structure on the amplitude-frequency characteristics of magnetic vibrations applied the equidistance net of elastic resonances of structure. For the interpretation of observed resonance net it is proposed the model of phase synchronization between initial excitation and elastic wave which experience two passages along the thickness of structure. It is shown that the frequency of maximum elastic vibrations rounding exceeds frequency of maximum magnetization characteristic. The existence of own rounding elastic vibrations characteristic is named the second elastic system resonance. It is investigated the dependence of maximum second resonance characteristic from value of magnetoelastic interaction constant. It is shown that by increasing of this constant the frequency distance between both characteristic maxima increases. As a hypothesis of this increasing it is proposed the analogy with splitting of amplitude-frequency characteristic of system consisted of two connected resonators. It is investigated the amplitude-frequency characteristics magnetic and elastic vibrations in wide frequency region. On the equidistance elastic resonances net amplitude-frequency characteristic it is found the narrow equidistance disposed resonance depressions which are correspond to decreasing of amplitude more then two orders of value. It is shown that the frequency interval between neighbouring depressions is back proportional to distance between point of elastic vibrations registration and surface of substrate opposite to magnetic film. For the interpretation of depressions formation it is proposed the model which takes into account the phase opposition in registration point between wave which goes out of the excitation point and wave which is reflected from the opposite end of structure. Briefly noted some physical analogies of investigated phenomena.","PeriodicalId":391686,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Radio Electronics","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139300788","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Zakharchenko","doi":"10.30898/1684-1719.2023.11.29","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30898/1684-1719.2023.11.29","url":null,"abstract":"In telecommunications and radar systems of the centimeter and millimeter wave ranges, span klystrons are widely used as medium and high power amplifiers. The use of high-quality resonators makes it possible to realize high efficiency and amplification factors. However, typical designs of 2 - 4 resonator klystrons have a bandwidth of 0.1 - 0.5 % due to the need to use resonators with a high Q – factor. The well-known method of expanding the amplified frequency band in the centimeter range up to 7 – 12 % and in the millimeter range up to 1 - 2 % consists in tuning the frequency of the intermediate klystron resonators by several percent of the central amplification frequency. But in this case, it is required to use 10 - 12 resonators. The authors of the work discovered that when a millimeter range electromagnetic wave is reflected from an electrodynamics system in the form of a metal film on the surface of a semiconductor layer, the input resistance phase-frequency characteristic of this system consists of a chain of frequency intervals with turnings from a positive phase-frequency characteristic to a negative one and vice versa. The possibility of constructing a phase shifter with a negative phase frequency response based on this phenomenon is demonstrated and its application for expanding the resonant frequency band is considered on the example of the Fabry - Perot interferometer model. This resonator contains a phase shifter in the form of a semiconductor layer F with a thickness DF, a conductivity σF, a relative dielectric eF and a magnetic mF permeability. The outer surface of the layer F contains a metal mirror, and the inner surface is adjacent to the layer W. The layer W which has the thickness of DW, eW, mW forms the internal space of the resonator. The external environment I with mI and eI. adjoins the layer W. A plane electromagnetic wave propagates in I media so that it excites the resonator at a wavelength of l0. The use of a phase shifter makes it possible to increase the resonant wavelength band Δl/l0 by 2 - 4 times and with an electromagnetic field amplification coefficient |G(l)| in the W layer by 10 - 20 times (the value of Dl/l0 corresponds to 0.707 max |G(l0)|). An increase of σF leads to an amplitude-frequency characteristic transforming of the field gain function G(l0) from two maxima to one maximum form with a transition through a flat top. In this case max |G(l0)| decreases and Dl/l0 increases. For the case, when the function |G(l)| has a flat top, an increase in the wave resistance ρW of the layer W with a corresponding decrease in sF and optimal values of DW leads to an increase in |G(l0)|. When this occurs, Dl/l0 becomes lower.","PeriodicalId":391686,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Radio Electronics","volume":"27 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139305505","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The specific electrical conductivity was merit be the four-contact method. On each specimen was found five cards in different its points as a whole – twenty cards. For the analysis of carbon local distribution, the descretization by three levels method was used. This method consists of applying on the card plane the grid with square cells and following analysis of regularity graphene layers by each cell. It is found three levels of order regularity structure: high, middle and low which distinguished by the number and length of graphene layers inside of cell. By averaging along all cards of present specimen for each specimen was found the own numerical characteristic which describes the carbon distribution structure. As a most important parameters were selected the averaged meaning of order degree and inversed value of square deflection from this value. It was found that the dependence of inverted value on specimen from the specimen number has the same character as the dependence on specific conductivity form the same number.
