L’étude des témoignages pathogénétiques, associée à celle des connaissances scientifiques sur les météorites de fer, ont permis d’établir une hypothèse pathogénétique sur les indications de ce médicament. Une première confirmation clinique s’appuyant sur cette hypothèse commence à la légitimer, et à apporter un éclairage sur les possibles utilisations de ce médicament homéopathique encore mal connu.</p></div><div><p>The homeopathic medicine Ferrum sidereum, coming from meteoritic iron, has been explored in two recent pathogenetic trials. The study of the provers’ testimonies, together with existing scientific knowledge about iron meteorites have led to a pathogenetic hypothesis on the indications for this medicine.
