The video is made based on an analysis of student needs regarding the need for more complete teaching materials. Research instruments in the form of observations, questionnaires and interviews. Video development uses the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. At the analysis stage, several needs analyzes were produced that discussed the problem findings and needs in the learning process of writing expository texts. Furthermore, at the design stage, the flowchart of the material structure in the product is determined. Then at the development stage, the results of the validation of material experts and media experts are obtained which are calculated using a Likert scale formula to see the achievement of effective product results. Based on the validation results from material experts, the average value of 89.58 was obtained at the second validation stage which was classified as high. This type of research is explanatory research. The population used is all students of class XI SCIENCE SMA Negeri 7 Semarang, totaling 182 students. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses a moderated quasi-regression model. The research findings obtained are independent learning has a positive effect on student engagement in learning. Individual interest in chemistry lessons has a positive effect on student engagement in learning. Parental support has a positive effect on student engagement in learning. Parental support weakens the influence of independent learning on student engagement. Teknik analisis menggunakan model regresi quasi moderasi. Temuan penelitian yang diperoleh adalah (1) kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas belajar daring. (2) Keterlibatan siswa berpengaruh negatif terhadap efektivitas belajar daring. (3) Kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas belajar daring. (4) Kesiapan belajar memperlemah pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap efektifitas belajar daring. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection methods in this study were through interviews, observation and document collection. The number of informants in this study were 25 informants, namely: 5 main informants consisting of school principals and 20 supporting informants consisting of vice principals and teachers. The results showed that the principal's leadership strategies in carrying out educational innovations at the Nurul Ilmi Jambi Integrated Islamic School were: Improving and supporting teaching and learning: Improving the implementation of learning, creating a positive school culture that can encourage school residents to be proactive and creative, setting policies that can be accepted by the school community and in accordance with today's cultural values and traditions, support and increase commitment, and capacity (skills and knowledge) so that they are professional, loyal to an institution and they work hard, empower teachers and employees to they recognize the ability, motivate, strengthen, guide, and facilitate the staff and all school communities who are under the principal's line of instruction, improve or expand the activities and social networks of the school. Meanwhile, the supporting and inhibiting factors for educational innovation at the Nurul 'Ilmi Jambi Integrated Islamic School are: cooperation with all interested parties and in accordance with the school's vision and mission.. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan inovasi pendidikan serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan inovasi pendidikan di Sekolah Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan pengumpulan dokumen. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 informan, yaitu: 5 informan utama yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan 20 informan pendukung yang terdiri dari wakil kepala sekolah dan guru.
