However, the hybrid IP networks in which both distributed and centralized approach provide centralization of SDN and reliability of distributed networks. The common approach in which SDN controls the prioritized traffic and OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) guarantees the operation of traffic. In this research, we propose the SDN segregation, which maintain central management over dispersed routing control. A given topology is split in some fields with OpenFlow enabled switches as in between nodes. OSPF enabled router triggered updates to other routers in other field via SDN switches. The centralized controller defines how two OSPF routers observe each other. There will be a tradeoff between central control of SDN and fault tolerance capability of OSPF. As we increase SDN nodes control will increase and fault tolerance capacity of overall network decreases. The novelty of research work for balanced topology segregation also offers the models for network management. Universal software Radio peripheral (USRP) is a commercially available SDR platform from ettus research. This can be interfaced easily with various software developmental prototyping platform such as MATLAB and GNU Radio. In this project we have implemented well known transmit diversity scheme known as Alamouti for MIMO systems for the transmission and reception of data. Alamouti scheme allows the same data to be transmitted through multiple paths due to which if the data being transmitted encounters deep fades and is lost in its way it can be received through the other path. In this context, a thorough investigation into new and innovative spectrum management techniques as well as additional regulatory procedures are deemed necessary to evaluate the practical feasibility of these xG networks. This paper reviews the three possible modes for multi-operator spectrum sharing based on dynamic spectrum access (DSA) in 5th Generation (5G) networks, and identifies Licensed/Authorized Shared Access (LSA/ASA) mode to be practically most suitable candidate for better spectrum utilization. Existing spectrum sharing techniques exploiting time, frequency and space domain to realize efficient co-existence of multiple operators are discussed, and game theory (GT) framework has been recognized as an appropriate tool to model the interactions among multiple operators accessing the shared spectrum resources. In this paper a bio inspired meta-heuristic optimization technique namely novel bat algorithm is proposed for solving economic load dispatch problem. But the intermittence in green energy production via these natural resources is the restriction in producing high efficiency and reliability in energy production. Different control schemes have been developed and many hierarchical structures have been proposed to achieve balanced energy from the renewable energy resources. These control schemes alter and addresses different issues in different ways to achieve sustainability but still the sustainability is the issue to be achieved. The antenna operates in the Industrial Standard and Medical (ISM) and Wireless Medical Telemetry Service (WMTS) bands. It offers a compact size with dimensions 12.6 × 8.5 × 2.4 mm3. Two different simulators have been used to verify the results.
