The majority of Indonesian Islamic Banking's overall financing, or about 60%, is currently provided by financing under Murabahah contracts. The research method used in this article is literature analysis which originates from the scientific articles studied. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif sebagai metodologinya. Hingga 30 mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN SMH BANTEN telah menanggapi survei tersebut. Teknik statistik untuk analisis deskriptif dan inferensial digunakan untuk memeriksa data yang diperoleh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana minat nasabah menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat nasabah untuk menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas layanan. Hubungan antara minat nasabah untuk menabung dan kualitas layanan yang diberikan adalah sedang, yang menyiratkan bahwa hubungan tersebut tidak terlalu kuat atau terlalu lemah namun tetap substansial. Dalam penelitin ini, mempergunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang dipergunakan ialah data primer, melalui penyebaran koesioner pada responden yakni nasabah Bank Syariah Sragen sebanyak 100 responden. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini mempergunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji f juga uji koefesien determinasi (Adjuster R2) yang diolah dengan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa halal lifestyle dan reputasi bank brpengaruh positif dan sgnifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah Bank Syariah Sragen. Sedangkan consumer knowledge tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah. Serta consumer knowledge serta reputasi juga brpengaruh positif dan signifiikan terhadap kepercayaan. Dalam bentuk penyaluran dana dapat diakses dengan pembiayaan mudharabah dan musyarakah, secara konsep mudharabah dan musyarakah memiliki prinsip amanah (kepercayaan) namun dalam praktiknya bank syariah menerapkan jaminan dalam pembiayaannya, hal ini tidak sesuai dengan prinsip awal dari mudharabah dan musyarakah yaitu sistem amanah. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui perbedaan mudharabah dan musyarakah di perbankan syariah serta mengetahui penerapan jaminan yang ada di perbankan syariah. \u0000 Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Dengan sumber data primer adalah buku “Hukum Jaminan Syariah dan Implementasinya dalam Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia dan buku Rekontruksi Hukum Jaminan Pada Akad Mudharabah” Serta buku lainnya yang terkait sumber data sekunder berasal dari buku, laporan, jurnal, skripsi, disertasi, dan lainnya yang terkait. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dimulai dari membaca referensi, kemudian mengklasifikasikanya sehingga mendapat kesimpulan dari pertanyaan yang didapat sehingga bisa menjawab rumusan masalah. Adapaun teknik analisis datanya yang digunakan adalah metode kompratif. \u0000 Hasil penelian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perbedaan mudharabah dan musyarakah terletak dari segi pengertian, landasan hukum, implementasi pada perbankan syariah, modal, pengelolaan bisnis, nisbah, risiko bisnis, jaminan dan penyelesaian sengketa. Yakni salah satu bagian dari pendapatan pemerintah, pajak semestinya tidak membebani warga negara dengan ukuran tampilan mereka. Tujuan kompilasi ini adalah untuk mempelajari sejarah dan isi kompilasi kitab-kitab Al-kharaj. Tidak hanya itu, artikel ini mengakui konsep perpajakan yang ditulis oleh Abu Yusuf dan relevansinya bagi perekonomian sekarang ini. \u0000Proses yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode hipotetis penalaran karakter tentang perilaku, tulisan, dan fenomena yang ada pada saat itu. Ada kemungkinan beberapa aspek, baik internal maupun eksternal, menjadi pemicu untuk mengidentifikasi latar belakang gagasan Abu Yusuf. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran pajak Abu Yusuf merupakan salah satu konsep yang digunakan selama ini. Konsep ini digunakan dan diterapkan untuk menentukan persentase penerimaan pajak pemerintah. Strategy in a bank is very important because with a good strategy it will facilitate the main job for a marketing funder where a marketing funder is responsible for increasing the number of bank customers. Related to this, the purpose of this research is to find out the Marketing Funding Strategy in Increasing the Number of Customers at BNI Syariah Parepare Bank. \u0000The type of research used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive method, the source of research data, namely primary data is data obtained directly in the field based on interviews with informants, namely with customers and employees of funding Bank BNI Syariah Parepare and secondary data obtained from several supporting sources such as books, journals and other data sources related to the research title. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this research to find out what people's preferences are when listening and knowing regarding Wadi‟ah products at Bank BTN Syariah Parepare. This type of research is field research that is qualitative descriptive. The approach used is a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique is using the observation method, the dept interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Data Reduction (Data Reduction), Data Display (Data Presentation), Conclusing Drawing/Verification (Draw a conclusion). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Wadi‟ah products at Bank BTN Syariah Parepare are a pure deposit from a party that saves or \u0000entrust to the party receiving the deposit to be used or not used in accordance with mutually agreed terms. Wadi‟ah products in Bank BTN Syariah Parepare uses a profit-sharing system, calculated based on the ratio is multiplied by the Bank's income on the funds deposited by the customer. 2) Public preference for Wadi‟ah products at Bank BTN Syariah Parepare influenced by several preference concepts, namely: Completeness, Transivity, Continuity, and More is better.
