The purpose of the research popularizing sorghum products nationally, where the economic revival of a country is determined by how many entrepreneurs take part. The method used with the research method used secondary data from significant marketplaces in Indonesia, including “Lazada” (X1), “Shopee” (X2), “Bukalapak” (X3), and “Tokopedia” (X4), followed by statistical analysis. Observations include the type of product, benefits, price, rank, year of entry, and brand. The results showed that market place: 1) as a possible means of information for new healthy food products based on sorghum, 2) as a potential marketing tool, 3) can be used as a trigger to push upmarket segmentation, eventually enlarging the business capacity and scope of marketing.","PeriodicalId":389639,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Community Development (ICCD 2020)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130872667","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview techniques to administrators and employees of women's cooperatives. Interviews were conducted to explore data on employee performance systems and product innovation in women's cooperatives. The results showed that Total Quality Management (TQM) consisting of leadership, customer focus, continuous improvement, unity of purpose, involvement and empowerment of employees, in gender-oriented women's cooperatives. Based on the results of interviews and analysis, it shows that even though it has been done, not all components of TQM can improve the performance of management and employees of woman’s cooperatives. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the method of phenomenology. Research informants consisted of business people, academics, and government, totaling 16 people. The data is processed using Nvivo 12. The results of this study indicate that the efforts to maintain the rattan industry covered 4 (four) strategies, namely strengthening the supply of raw materials, branding the international rattan market, strengthening local culture, and monitoring environmental issues.","PeriodicalId":389639,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Community Development (ICCD 2020)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133407263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition to maintaining its survival, cooperatives need to strengthen their existence and position in the national economic structure as the cornerstone of the Indonesian economy. Conceptually, a market that can run perfectly is the ideal way to achieve normative goals, namely, the people's prosperity. This phenomenon is worth studying given the legal role in building cooperatives and how cooperatives can offer the community's prosperity. This study uses normative juridical research by applying descriptive analysis. After the data were collected, they were analyzed using a qualitative juridical method. The law imposed in the developing country is centralized because it is closely related to its primary function, that is, to determine the direction of its people's future development. There are three economic actors in Indonesia: cooperatives, state-owned companies (BUMN/SEO), and private companies. In this case, the law must play a role in establishing the togetherness or partnership of the three economic actors. In other words, the regulation needs to show the economic actors' direction. It is where the law is expected to play a role in eliminating inequalities through partnerships.","PeriodicalId":389639,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Community Development (ICCD 2020)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117249948","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The representation being shown remarks students’ basic ability to develop concepts and to think mathematically. Changes in mathematical representations are needed to understand mathematical problems. Mathematical problems that are naturally abstract can be changed into other forms that are more concrete and making them easier to understand. The purpose of the current study was to analyze and to describe the process of changes from one specific representation to other mathematical representations. The subjects of this study were the seventh graders who had completed an assignment sheet. Tests and interviews were conducted to collect the necessary data. The former was given to reveal the process of changing mathematical representation, while the latter was to complete and clarify the data. The data analysis technique included reducing data, describing data, and drawing conclusions. The current study has indicated that the process of changing practiced by the students encompassed; verbal to visual representations through symbolic intermediaries, verbal to symbolic representations without intermediary representation, symbolic to verbal representations without intermediary representation, symbolic to visual representations without intermediary representation, visual to verbal representations without intermediary representation, and visual to symbolic representations through intermediary representation of verbal","PeriodicalId":389639,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Community Development (ICCD 2020)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132907834","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
