In order to estimate parameters of an autoregressive (AR) model we develop Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) schemes for inference of AR model. It is our interest to propose a new prior distribution placed directly on the AR parameters of the model. Thus, we revisit the stationarity conditions to determine a flexible prior for AR model parameters. A MCMC procedure is proposed to estimate coefficients of AR(p) model. In order to set Bayesian steps, we determined prior distribution with the purpose of applying MCMC. We advocate the use of prior distribution placed directly on parameters. We have proposed a set of sufficient stationarity conditions for autoregressive models of any lag order. In this thesis, a set of new stationarity conditions have been proposed for the AR model. We motivated the new methodology by considering the autoregressive model of AR(2) and AR(3). Additionally, through simulation we studied sufficiency and necessity of the proposed conditions of stationarity. The researcher, additionally draw parameter space of AR(3) model for stationary region of Barndorff-Nielsen and Schou (1973) and our new suggested condition. A new prior distribution has been proposed placed directly on the parameters of the AR(p) model. This is motivated by priors proposed for the AR(1), AR(2),..., AR(6), which take advantage of the range of the AR parameters. We then develop a Metropolis step within Gibbs sampling for estimation. This scheme is illustrated using simulated data, for the AR(2), AR(3) and AR(4) models and extended to models with higher lag order. The thesis compared the new proposed prior distribution with the prior distributions obtained from the correspondence relationship between partial autocorrelations and parameters discussed by Barndorff-Nielsen and Schou (1973). So many convincing factors worked diligently to ensure its success. However, it has covered a long journey of success despite of various hurdles. Not only it has been promoted in India but also it has been cherished globally. A startup defines us to be our own boss and of course meeting the demand for employment by others that requires a lot of patience and tactics. It is a well-organized and disciplined way of using several factors like basic idea, market strategies, level of competition, and Techno-Pro attitude especially in the present scenario of entrepreneurship before putting huge steps to accomplish the journey. Different and severally important elements play an effective role in entrepreneurial success like availability of Infrastructural facilities, government rules and regulations and funds availability during various phases of growth. Engineers are compelled to pick between either assembling the equivalent application on numerous occasions for different working frameworks, or to acknowledge a most reduced shared element arrangement that exchanges local speed and exactness for compactness. The main aim of the research paper is to analyze design, build and test mentors' view apps. In this application the mentor connects with the mentee. Mentor solves the problem of the mentee. In this application mentor and mentee , mentee and mentor both are connected with each other. Software has been developed as an interactive and collaborative learning aid. Flutter is an open source. SDK for making elite, high-devotion versatile applications for iOS and Android. Significant features of flutter are Just-in-time compilation is a way of executing computer code that involves compilation during execution of a program at run time rather than prior to execution. The application is very easy to use. That tool could benefit students in general. The application does require internet connection. Each user will have their own database for profiles. Drawing on a sample of 381 SMEs, the research employs a linear regression analysis to explore the relationship between various dimensions of cognitive social capital (shared knowledge, shared values, shared beliefs, and shared understanding) and entrepreneurial orientation. The results indicate that each dimension of cognitive social capital has a significant positive relationship with entrepreneurial orientation, accounting for approximately 27% of the variance in entrepreneurial orientation. These findings highlight the importance of fostering shared mental models and understanding among SME business owners in the challenging Syrian environment. The study contributes to the literature on social capital and entrepreneurship by providing empirical evidence of the positive impact of cognitive social capital on entrepreneurial orientation in a unique context. Disclosure of corporate social responsibility is the central mechanism of corporate governance. Based on stakeholder theory, corporate governance strongly influences corporate social responsibility disclosure to enhance the relationship of stakeholders and its business community. Tax aggressiveness is utilized by board director and its members to lessen tax contribution which is contrary to the government sector goals of maximizing tax impositions for public welfare and safety. Unlawful behavior on tax aggressiveness is known as tax evasion while tax avoidance is not a violation and serves as a loophole to the taxation system. UNCITRAL model law is a legal arbitration concept of making “commercial” expand to other comparable jurisdiction of international trade. The European Patent Commission is the legal authority that delineates medical policies from patented products. Travaux preparatoires is a design practice within legal context of restricted jurisdiction for commercial exercise of strict liability. This paper aims to develop arbitration framework based on stakeholder theory of corporate governance to explain the correlation of tax planning with patented products and medical processes involving therapeutic, surgical, and veterinary policies.
