SAITO","doi":"10.3825/ece.23-00004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3825/ece.23-00004","url":null,"abstract":"本研究では,環境省レッドリストで準絶滅危惧に選定されているトウホクサンショウウオ(Hynobius lichenatus)を対象に,林道脇の水たまりが繁殖場所としてどのように利用されているのか,卵嚢および幼生の調査によって明らかにした.山形県庄内地方において 2022 年 4 月から 6 月に林道脇の水たまりを探索し,対象種の卵嚢調査をおこなった.ここで得られた卵嚢対数と各環境要因(水温,pH,リターの有無,水面から地面までの高さ,森林までの距離,道路の舗装の有無,水たまりの種類,水たまりの面積,水深,アカハライモリの個体数,半径 100 m 以内の樹冠被覆率)の関係を,ゼロ過剰な負の二項分布を仮定した一般化線形混合モデル(ZINB モデル)によって解析した.さらに,卵嚢が確認された水たまりにおいて,幼生の変態前である 2022 年 8 月から 9 月に対象の個体数を調査し,産卵した場所で幼生が生存しているかどうか確認した.林道脇の水たまりを 250 地点調査した結果,85 地点で対象の卵嚢が確認されたことから,林道脇に生じる水たまりが産卵場所として利用されていることがわかった.
