Arm wrestling in our country is a young and dynamically developing sport in which the fight takes place in hard physical contact in conditions of joint-individual actions, determined by weight categories. The purpose of the study provided for the relationship of individual anthropometric features of the armwrestling physique depending on the weight category. The study involved 10 students, winners of the championship of the State University of Physical Education and Sports of the Republic of Moldova. Conducted anthropometric studies included - measurement of body length and weight, chest circumference (BCC), assessment of maximum hand and back strength, length of the shoulder, forearm, hand, foot and girth dimensions of the shoulder, forearm, wrist. Calculation of body mass indexes (BMI), its morphological maturity (BMI), Quetelet index (QI), body surface area (BSA), Pignet and Erisman indices was carried out.","PeriodicalId":388269,"journal":{"name":"Sport. It is possible to achieve the effectiveness of the process of teaching a foreign language by creating certain conditions for activating the expediency of using active methods in teaching them professional knowledge and skills in a foreign language, which will significantly affect their scientific activities. The educational institution \"Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov\" has been teaching students of the II stage in Russian for many years according to the developed curricula. During the academic years, close cooperation is carried out with the People's Republic of China on the preparation of masters in various specialties. The Department of Theory of Methods of Physical Culture and Sports Medicine of the University actively participated in this process: curricula and programs were translated into English. The evaluation plan of the acquired and acquired knowledge of the program provides for the writing and defense of course and master's theses by students. Preparation and implementation as a particular example of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China in the field of education, the training of Chinese students at Masherov VSU is presented.","PeriodicalId":388269,"journal":{"name":"Sport. In this paper we aim to make an analysis of the results obtained by students in the ninth and twelfth grades (girls, boys) in the seventeenth edition of the Republican Olympics in Physical Education, held on May 8, 2022.
