This research adscript to the postmodern paradigm and the mixed approach of the socio-educational research. The research team designed an educational intervention that combines topics related to natural and cultural Ecuadorian heritage with flipped classrooms and Content and Language Integrated Learning methodologies. The participants are 23 people; 9 instructors and 14 students between 12 and 48 years old. The research instruments were: the Likert scale questionnaire, created by the University of San Pedro in Peru, to assess students' motivations for practicing the English language; a knowledge rubric to evaluate students' listening skills, and focus groups on collecting participants' opinions about the educational intervention introduced in this research process. The results show significant changes in the student's motivation for practicing the English language but not in listening skills. In the second part of the 20th century, quantum computing was first utilized to crack encryption protocols with the SHOR algorithm's development. The transformation from traditional to computational has the possibility of jeopardizing the protection of the current transaction system, even though recent improvements in QC functionality have increased the privacy and security, integrity, and accessibility of networks by shielding them from attacks like eavesdropping. This research adopts a comprehensive literature review approach to clarify the effects of quantum computers on information security. In addition, the study provides a summary of current efforts to guard against quantum attacks. Nowadays various technologies have come to provide construction of that purpose, providing several use cases for big data analytics and processing. In this paper, we want to explore possibilities of architecture that had to be built in answer to the multipurpose data center, such as analytical research, scientific simulation, machine learning, deep data learning, and data orchestration. We discover how Hadoop and its element supporter can be used alongside cloud orchestrators such as Terraform or Occopus and container orchestrators such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. We also provide possible supporting components that can handle the different jobs in High-Performance Computing and how the system can be secured. To achieve this, a system containing a connected cardiogram was designed through telecommunications and digital technology. The results obtained are encouraging insofar as this system facilitates the permanent monitoring of the evolution of heart rhythm in patients. It also enables telemedicine for all doctors, physists and professors in Africa, as the number of specialists is very low. But broadband usage in Africa is about 46%; in Congo Brazzaville, for example, it is 5%, with internet costs very high compared to international offers and the Congolese minimum wage. The aim of this research this research is to find a suitable model and determine the ‘best’ values of the parameters of the model from the given data. In the statistical regression analysis, deviations between the observed output values and corresponding values predicted by the model are attributed to random errors. It is often assumed that the distribution of these random errors is Gaussian. On the other hand, in fuzzy regression analysis the deviations (errors) are attributed to the imprecision or the vagueness of the system structure or data. The research proposed a new fuzzy linear programming model. The new proposed model is compared with the models used in the literature which are Tanaka, Hojati and Tansu regression models. The results are presented and comparison has been done for each model. Eleven different applications have been mentioned. As physical studies are extending the applications of electric currents in metals, electrolyte liquids, gases, vacuum, semiconductors, or superconductors, this paper focuses on the electronic current beam in the vacuum. To this aim, experiments with cathode ray tubes and cathode ray balloons are conducted in our physics lab classes. Therefore, important observations and measurements are accomplished, concerning several physical qualities and quantities. As the electron beam is being visibly observed, electric signals are detected from the beamed target. This paper presents studies related to the prediction of SSL using machine learning (ML) algorithms over the last 13 years. This research gives a survey of current studies that are used machine learning techniques to predict sediment load on several rivers in different reign. Also, it aims to find a performance model to predict the SSL. This is done by making comparisons between several studies that used machine learning techniques to predict sediment load on several rivers using different time scales. Several metrics were used to determine the best prediction model. Most of the metrics used are: Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), R-Squared (R2) and Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency Coefficient (NSE). Prajitno, Maftuch Maftuch","doi":"10.47577/technium.v4i10.8112","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47577/technium.v4i10.8112","url":null,"abstract":"Edwardsiella tarda is a type of gram-negative intracellular pathogen that can cause mass mortality in fish farming. The development of edwarsiellosis due to E. tarda infection causes significant economic losses for fish farmers. Aloe vera as one of the plants known to contain active ingredients that can inhibit the growth of bacteria. Aloe vera has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity, both for inhibiting gram-positive and negative bacteria (Heng et al., 2018). The results of the toxicity test of aloe vera extract showed that when used in high doses it would cause high toxic effects, namely at a dose of 200 mg/L with mortality reaching 60% of the total tested fish. The pathogenicity of E.tarda with LD50 showed that the higher the density of bacteria, the higher the possibility that E.tarda bacteria could cause disease in its host, namely at a density of 107 it experienced 50% death. The ability of E.tarda bacteria to cause disease was also influenced by its host's ability to fight pathogens. Based on the hispatological tests performed, there were changes in the morphology and behavior of the fish. In this study, the Scratch programming language was used to design a roguelike mathematical game based on a prince saving a princess in a forest. Mathematics refers to the positioning of each object, its XY coordinates, movement and distance, positive and negative movement angles, waiting time (seconds), and speed. In this study, the mathematical game program was provided to a class of rural elementary school students in southern Taiwan. By imitating the design, the teachers, and students can work together on this hands-on programming project to design the pictures, cooperate in discussing and solving the programming dilemma, and enjoy the game together. The elementary school principals and teachers who participated in the scene observed and concluded that it allowed the pupils to think seriously, enjoy discussing the integration of mathematics and programming, design digital games, and develop the final result of roguelike digital games. This project allowed students to take on the challenge of learning to write programs with curiosity and learn to use different building block programming languages in Scratch to produce a program by imitation. Students can also learn to change and add objects, and arrange the things to be done by different characters through programming. The mathematical roguelike challenges let the students understand the learning achievements through the taste of each victory.
