In order to join the ranks of developed foreign countries, it is very important to use new innovative technologies in the training of future specialists in English classes. A method of using the methods of the new technology in practice is also proposed. Today, a secondary school graduate must be competitive and in demand in the labor market, which requires a high level of general mastery of new technologies, information and communication competence, high professional skills, the ability to make independent decisions, standard thinking and adaptability to changing conditions. The main goal of teaching English is to give students a basic level of communication in a foreign language. Moving to a point where you can interact at a basic level. And for the exchange of information in a foreign language at the basic level, four types of spoken English are provided: speaking, listening, reading, writing, and the active use of new techniques in the classroom using new technologies. The results of practical and experimental work were systematically analyzed, reviewed and a scientific and methodological conclusion was made. Social and labor inequality, \"shadow\" income from property, lack of alternatives in tax regulation, unfair competition, low level of tax cleanliness of entrepreneurship and social responsibility have led to the fact that the monthly income of half of the population does not exceed fifty thousand tenge. Problems of the self-employed, difficulties in determining their real profitability, dependent expectations in society as a whole hinder the progress of business development. The ineffective local economic policy associated with the decentralization of functions between the center and the regions once again confirms the need for a reasonable fiscal policy to solve the issues of inequality in the development of regions. An increase in profitability are to be accompanied with appropriate measures of tax regulation, while the draft program for increasing the income of the population until 2025 provides exemption from payments of all taxes and social contributions for 2 years. The problems of using public-private partnership in the field of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan are analyzed. The purpose of the study is to determine the criteria for assessing the impact of economic factors on environmental components, in particular on the atmosphere, hydrosphere and land resources. The methods of economic analysis, comparison, synthesis, decomposition were used for a comprehensive assessment of the functioning of the enterprise in the production of agricultural products: an assessment of the impact of the functioning of the agro-industrial complex on the environment was carried out. The main directions that have significant potential for promising PPP programs are also identified: the production of organic products in the crop and livestock industries; increasing the volume of meat products and milk; the development of a greenhouse economy specializing not only in growing vegetables, but also in floriculture. This type of research is Research and Development Borg and Gall with steps (1) potential problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trial, (7) product revision, the quantitative descriptive research method. Interactive teaching materials that have been developed have covered components, preface, table of contents, study instructions, core competencies, basic competencies, indicators, learning objectives, material descriptions, practice questions, summaries, and bibliography. In the first stage, the average material validation results were 66.67% and, the media validation average was 6.26%. In the second stage, the material validation average is 72.50%, the media validation average is 86.31%, and the average student response result is 87.00%. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses inductive data analysis. The data analysis process in this study took several stages, namely: data collection, codification, and categorization. The results showed that the application of the Islamic storytelling method to develop children's cognitive was done by preparing teaching materials and telling stories to students with teacher improvisation so that learning became interesting and students felt happy listening to stories. Islamic stories that are often read to students are stories of the prophet, the struggles of Muslims, and advice in the Qur'an.
