When studying the processes of urbanization in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the world, a set of the following methods of economic research was used: monographic, program-target, logical. In the work on the study, such theoretical research methods as comparisons and generalizations, scientific abstraction and synthesis were also used. The processes of urbanization depend on many factors, political and economic. Recently, the impact of the global Coronavirus pandemic on all processes taking place in the global economy, including the development of urbanization, has been of particular importance. The article studies the state of urbanization in the Republic of Kazakhstan for this period, summarizes recommendations and measures for the development of cities, highlights the main forms and trends in the course of urbanization in the post-pandemic period. The negative consequences of quarantine measures taken by the governments of countries to combat Coronavirus directly affect the economic development of countries and regions, and, accordingly, the development of cities and settlements, that is, the processes of urbanization. In the study on the impact of these consequences, the instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan are mentioned, new approaches of the Kazakh government to regional and territorial development are considered, which will allow managing the process of urbanization, ensuring the phased nature of \"migration waves\", avoiding overpopulation and social tension in large cities. Administrative and territorial changes will optimize the process of public administration, simplify travel for citizens to the regional center and back, and contribute to more effective regulation of internal migration. The need to implement continuous measures to counteract the development of the scale and types of shadow economic activity, as well as the complexity of their application requires the assessment of the shadow economy. Despite the variety of methods to assess the informal economy the problem of identifying the shadow economy based on empirical analysis of the relationship between economic crime and the shadow economy is conducted in few works. The aim of the article is to consider the method of measuring the shadow economy based on crime rates and calculation of the adjusted by The authors give an interpretation of the term \"shadow economy\" and examine the problems of measuring the economy in the \"shadow\". As a result of research authors have defined insignificant excess of a monetary turnover over a turnover of official sector. This article discusses the role of songs in teaching foreign languages. The author shows that due to the use of music in teaching him, all aspects of a foreign language are used: phonetic, lexical, grammatical, syntactic. The article presents the algorithm and examples of using song material as a means of teaching grammar in an English lesson. The training methodology discussed in this article grammar of a foreign language with the help of authentic songs allows you to increase interest and motivation to learn the language, as well as find new forms of work in the lesson. One of the basic concepts in our work is the concept of “authenticity”. Authentic material is material that has been created by a native speaker for other native speakers. It is not intended for educational use, however, as practice and our study show, can be used. Demesinova","doi":"10.51579/1563-2415.2022-4.05","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51579/1563-2415.2022-4.05","url":null,"abstract":"The results of a comparative analysis show that by 1990 the CIS countries are divided into four groups in terms of economic growth rates: with very high (Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan), high (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Belarus), medium (Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia) and low (Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) at a pace. At the same time, Kazakhstan is characterized by a more even progressive development. Due to lower prices in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan (21-24% of the US price level), PPP USD GDP data for these countries is 4-5 times larger than foreign exchange GDP data. In Turkmenistan, the highest price level (47% of the US price level) provides more than a doubling of GDP in US dollars.
