This research is a literature study by reviewing book references, journal articles and social media if necessary. From the data that has been collected, the next step is to analyze it so that conclusions can be easily drawn. The results show that Autism is a developmental disorder in children who are unable to communicate and express their feelings and desires. Usually this disorder is seen before the age of 3 years. People with Autism really need educational services that can accommodate, complete, the facilities and infrastructure they need, such as in inclusive schools. In inclusive schools, children with autism can learn independently and develop their ability to communicate and develop social interaction skills, namely communicating well with their peers. Meskipun pendidikan anak usia dini termasuk pendidikan yang termasuk dalam tahap pengenalan, namun pendidikan ini telah memberikan pengaruh yang banyak bagi perkembangan pendidikan anak. Manajemen pada PAUD Bintang Soropadan yang meliputi manajemen kurikulum, kesiswaan, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana serta manajemen keuangan PAUD dan sudah dilaksanakan. Hal itu terlihat pada, pertama, mutu pembelajaran PAUD yaitu layanan yang disediakan berupa Kelompok Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) dan Kelompok Bermain (KB). Kedua, pemenuhan tingkat pencapain perkembangan anak, pembelajaran yang dilakukan sesuai dengan usia anak dan juga sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar. Ketiga, pemenuhan tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan untuk memenuhi standar, bahkan melebihi standar yang ada, dengan cara memberi kesempatan pendidik untuk kuliah dan mengikuti diklat. Keempat, sarana dan prasarana yang ada sekarang sudah lebih dan cukup, baik itu dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas yang disyaratkan sesuai aturan yang ada. Sarana dan prasarana tentang alat yang aman, nyaman, terang, dan memenuhi kriteria kesehatan bagi anak, sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan anak, memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya yang ada sudah terpenuhi. Kelima, sesuai dengan petunjuk dan aturan tentang keuangan penyelenggaraan PAUD. The study used a qualitative approach with case study, interviews or observations with the principal about management supervision in the RA. From the results of the study, it was found that the supervision of education was carried out once in a month, the supervisor in the implementation of supervision was a person from outside the school. Among those carried out in the implementation of supervision is the supervisor seeing or observing the teachers when learning takes place by assessing according to established assessment guidelines. After completion of the assessment when the learning takes place then the teachers along with the meeting supervisor together discuss about the way the teacher teaches, and so on. If there are deficiencies, the supervisor will provide input and direction to make the teacher better in learning activities. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 37 guru. Teknik penggumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Tenayan Raya. Untuk indikator pengorganisasian  materi, sikap positif anak, dan keluwesan pembelajaran berada dalam kategori sedikit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pandangan dan persiapan guru tentang kegiatan home learning pada TK/RA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 21 responden yang merupakan para guru TK dan RA. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan dilakukan secara daring. Hasil studi ini menunjukan bahwa persiapan yang dilakukan guru dalam melakukan kegiatan home learning adalah rencana pembelajaran, mencari materi pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif sesuai dengan tema, serta menyiapkan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran sebagai fasilitas penunjang kegiatan home learning. Semua persiapan tersebut disusun guru dengan perbedaan yang cukup siginifikan dibanding pembelajaran biasa.
