By studying the processing rules of the amygdala in the human brain, we can understand neuron activity when humans are at risk, build similar models, and test relevant data. A neural network model can be constructed by changing structure, loss function and number of filters the general convolutional neural network model. The designed neural network model can quickly and accurately predict dangers. Although the system has carried on the statistics to the voting information, but has not completed the counting publicity very well. In view of this problem, we have optimized the counting item. In order to solve the problem of data redundancy in the operation of the system, we choose an improved homomorphic encryption algorithm based on ECC, which effectively improves the operation efficiency. After comparing with other models, we find that there are risks in private key storage. Using spring cloud framework to build community micro service platform, first of all, the functional requirements of the platform are analyzed to get the functional requirements of the platform; Then the overall design and detailed design of the platform are carried out to supplement and improve the functional modules of the platform; Finally, the deficiencies of the platform and the need to modify the place to supplement, for the future management and maintenance platform to provide fast and convenient documents. The database used in the platform is MySQL database, which is developed with spring cloud framework. Given the number of calls in each month of 2016-2020, we can predict the number of fire rescue calls in each month of 2021 in the future. Because different times are not linearly related to the number of calls, we can establish a model through the time series data of paper [1]. This paper establishes ARMA model to study the law of the development of the number of police calls over time. In this paper, we first discuss the concept of knowledge graph and question and answer system, and then analyze the key technologies used in it. Before dealing with linguistic problems, questions need to be structured and represented by semantic parsing and space vector-based modeling are common approaches. The question and answer system can be divided into three parts: question classification, entity recognition, and relationship extraction, for each of which a large number of techniques have been studied. It is compared with six deep learning models, such as LSTM, CNN, GRU, BI-GRU, CNN+GRU and GRU+CNN. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the BI-GRU model combined with Attention and Capusule is higher than the other six models, and the accuracy of the GRU+CNN model is higher than that of the CNN+GRU model, and the accuracy of the CNN+GRU model is higher than that of the CNN model. The accuracy of CNN model was successively higher than that of LSTM, BI-GRU and GRU model. The fusion model of BI-GRU +Attention+Capsule adopted in this paper has the highest accuracy among all the models. In order to solve the problem of dishonest real signers, this paper modifies the ring signature algorithm, ensures the decentralized distributed application of the ring signature algorithm by adding some relevant information and key generation mechanism, and cooperatively tracks the identity of dishonest signers through polling and interaction with ring members at critical times, The generation and verification of algorithm signature are automatically completed by the blockchain smart contract code to realize the security characteristics of the system, such as transparency, anonymity, unforgeability and traceability.
