This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 30 respondents taken by the snowball effect method. The data analysis technique in this study usedcorrelation test analysis Spearman rank. The calculation process was aided by theapplication program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 20). The results of this study indicate that a correlation of 0.877 means that it is very strong and based on calculations, the product quality variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected, the product quality is significantly associated with consumer buying interest. And the price variable shows that there is a correlation of 0.738 which means strong and based on calculations, the price variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected, then the price is significantly associated with consumer buying interest.","PeriodicalId":386863,"journal":{"name":"Journal of World Conference (JWC)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125767191","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pasir Putih View Condominium Hotel - Situbondo (Condotel) is one of the real indicators of the economic, social and cultural progress of the people in a region. The construction of the Condominium Hotel (Condotel) project requires careful planning in terms of structure, architecture, and also mechanical electrical plumbing. \u0000Building planning, especially on mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) must be adjusted to the number of guests or people who are in the condotel area. One of them is planning the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) which will be recycled and used for one of the condotel requirements. This WWTP plan starts with determining the total clean water requirements and the total flushing needs needed. The method of data analysis is done by calculating the total water discharge planning needed and the results from the dimensions of the WWTP space needed. \u0000The results obtained are in the form of the calculated discharge volume and WWTP space data which is accompanied by shop drawing images in which a comparison of the old design with the new WWTP design. Reviews These rainfall of data include the data, the data pool of the data the tide and the dimensions of the existing channels and other auxiliary buildings. From the data and the calculation, the value of the average rainfall is 93.41 mm / day. Rainfall intensity 25-year period is 47.949 mm / hour. While the flood discharge plan is 174.859 m3 / h. Its existing discharge chute is 100 908 m3 / h. From the Data Obtained tide high tide value of 150 cm occurred on December 13, 2016 and to its Lowest ebb -130 cm occurred on January 25, 2016. Thet Type of Surabaya's northern sea tides is the mixed tide.
