One of these ethical texts, Kallah Rabbati, has been selected for being a treatise that orders daily issues that affect men and women, such as sexual relations in marriage, as well as other ethical considerations on human behaviour. Through the text we will analyse the role that women may have played in the academic sphere, in order to analyze how they are presented in the discourse; their possible role as transmitters or receivers of these didactic texts of classical Judaism.","PeriodicalId":384984,"journal":{"name":"Clepsydra. Relevant concepts that permit a complex analysis such as socio-sexual relationship, domestic production mode and consubstantiality of oppressions are examined, understanding how gender relations have a material and historical base at the same time as are structuring the social reality and making the experience of female racialized subjects be more intricate. Finally, I propose to examine the sexual division of labor as an analysis category in the context of the neoliberal globalization and as a political category to make visible the material and symbolic conditions of women from the global south.","PeriodicalId":384984,"journal":{"name":"Clepsydra. Taking into account the upside-down-world scenario (in this island women have the power and men don’t have either voice nor vote), it is interesting to initiate an investigation with regard to what this change of perspective meant to the critics and the audience, whether there was a change in society, or a seed was sown so that men could understand the limits to which women of the time were subjected. Through journal and magazine documents as well as the subsequent sequels that the piece left in some literary works, the evolution of collective thought will be traced as well as how little by little feminism was introduced in 19th century Spain.","PeriodicalId":384984,"journal":{"name":"Clepsydra. This project aims to permeate and promote scientific knowledge and skills in children and adolescents, making an important effort in the inclusion of gender issues in many of the activities organized, in addition to generate and publicize learning opportunities in the scientific area, as well as promoting STEM careers and research projects among students and faculty members from the UNA. In this paper, we summarize the experiences of this network during the first year of its creation, in order to promote the creation of similar initiatives to reach the general public and provide spaces for children, adolescents and adults to learn about technology and science through the use of different tools as Scratch Jr., Scratch and Open Roberta as well as interact with scientific content and with the people doing scientific research.","PeriodicalId":384984,"journal":{"name":"Clepsydra. First, it provides a theoretical, conceptual and empirical review on the age as one of the determinants of first motherhood. Then, it analyses the results of the Synthetic Report of 2019 Youth Maternity Study performed by the Queen Sofia Center on Adolescence and Youth. Finally, a quantitative study is conducted with the sample of mothers, with the aim of analyzing the gender implications of variables influencing age at first childbearing. Age cohort, level of studies, employment and couple situation and availability of independent housing appear as the main determinant categories of an unwanted untimely motherhood pattern, characterized by unstable couple situations that affect the trajectory of women’s life. However, the Francoist censorship gave carte blanche to Rebeca (both to novel and film adaptation).
