For this purpose, this paper addresses a new approach based on Prony's high resolution spectral analysis method to avoid the drawbacks of the well-known method based on the power spectral density estimation by Periodogram technique.  This new approach, called Root-Prony, allows a better frequency resolution even on a very short acquisition time as well as a better detection even on very small magnitudes. Moreover, and in order to reduce the computation time of this approach, this paper proposes to analyze only the band around the first rotor slot frequencies. The choice of this band allows avoiding any confusion with the frequency signatures of external phenomena which appear most often in very low frequencies. The proposed system involves two main controllers: three-phase inverter with LCL filter controller and the DC/DC boost converter controller. These controllers are designed to achieve the following three control objectives: (i) the PV voltage must be controlled to achieve the maximum power point; (ii) maintaining the intermediate voltage to a constant reference value; (iii) Providing a grid current with sinusoidal form and in phase with the grid voltage by means of controlling DC/AC converter (Power Factor Correction). To meet these threefold objectives, a cascade nonlinear controllers is developed making use of Backstepping technique with the Lyapunov function. So as to guarantee the stability of the whole system, these objectives should be achieved simultaneously. A nonlinear controller is designed using Backstepping approach for PFC and PV voltage regulator design. to achieve DC voltage regulation a filtered PI regulator type is used. The stability of the system is formally analysed using averaging theory. Used worldwide for distributed power generation, the photovoltaic power must not only be maximized, but also adapted to the global standards on harmonic emissions limits. Therefore, tracking the Maximum Power Point and filtering harmonics became necessary. A three-phase grid-connected Photovoltaic system consisting of a photovoltaic (PV) array, a boost converter and a three-phase PWM inverter coupled through a low-pass filter to the electrical grid is studied in this paper. Two new control designs are developed to maximize power in the side of PV panels and to impose a unity power factor in the side of the grid, the first for the three-phase grid-connected systems with an L-filter and the second for the same systems with an LCL-filter. Both controls are analyzed and compared in details and their stability is demonstrated using Lyapunov analysis. The theoretical analysis and simulation results clearly illustrate that the proposed controllers have achieved the objectives. The whole system is presented in d-q synchronous reference frame. The main objectives of the controller defined in the partial load region, are optimizing wind energy captured, improving the quality of the power generated and minimizing mechanical stress in the drive train. The energy conversion is based on the proposed dual loop control structure using two introduced algorithms: the extreme learning machine, which is used to improve the system knowledge and the adaptive particle swarm optimization used to search the optimal gains of the conventional proportional integral controller, widely used in control of electrical part. The global controller is first tested for a velocity profile of the high wind turbulence. Secondly, it is compared to the conventional PI for showing its performances in terms of power maximization, sensitivity to perturbations and robustness against changes in parameters of the machine. The effect of partially shaded condition reduce the energy generated and efficiency of photovoltaic farm. This paper proposed new method for power optimization by reconfigurating the converter topologies using Smart Clustering Method. The reconfiguration of converter topologies is based on the voltages magnitude of each string on the PV Farm that clustered by smart clustering method. Each converter have MPPT algorithm, so the total of power generated by PV farm is equal as the sum of power generated by each converter topologies. The modified PnO Algorithm is used in the uniform cluster, and firefly Algorithm is used in the non-uniform cluster. This was possible thanks to the use of a new initialization strategy of partitioning of particles, which helps PSO to converge faster to the correct region in the research space. The choice of an enhanced fitness function consisting of the weighted sum of the objectives gives better performances compared to those found using four other commonly used performance indices (ISE, IAE, ITAE, and ITSE). The validity of the model chosen for identifying these four types of behaviors is proved, and the control of these systems using IPSO and many conventional optimization methods such as Ziegler-Nichols, Graham-Lathrop, and Reference Model has been compared and confirmed that IPSO generates a high-quality solution with a short calculation time and a stable convergence feature. In this study, the developed control scheme is tested on a single-machine infinite bus (SMIB) power system with STATCOM and some unknown parameters in the face of a symmetrical three-phase short circuit fault. In this study, the data used are time series of the number of passengers for eleven years. These data will form patterns which indicate the number of passengers each month in a year as the input data and the number of passengers next year as a target prediction. After the input data are clustered into three types using fuzzy C-means (FCM), the data are processed using adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) to get the prediction data. The result shows that the “Mean Absolute Percentage Errors (MAPE ) which represent the errors for 4 years are  4.20%, 5.70%, 5.36% and 4.47%  with an average of 4.93% . The aim of this study is to get a system design that can adapt itself to the needs of active and reactive power output of the Distributed Generation system, which consists of Photovoltaic (PV) and Wind Turbine (WT) connected to a 20 kV network. The power output of PV and WT is controlled to get the maximum power using a boost converter. The fuzzy logic controller is used to increase the efficiency of the power system to maintain power equilibrium. The DC-link voltage on the PV and WT is at 650 Volt converted into 380 volt using 3-phase AC inverter and increased using a Y-Y connected step-up transformer up to 20 kV. The system is modeled with MATLAB. The PV system presented consists of a PV generator, a DC_AC inverter, an LCL filter and a single-phase grid. The main advantages of the studied system are: the abundance of the use of a DC_DC converter, the minimization of the total harmonic distortion of the current injected into the grid, the stabilization of the system, the great reliability and high efficiency. In this paper, we seek to achieve the following objectives: (i) extracting the maximum power from the PV generator, (ii) setting the DC-link voltage to its reference voltage vp,ref, (iii) injecting a sinusoidal and in phase current with the grid voltage (unit power factor UPF), while ensuring a total harmonic distortion (THD) less than 5%. To fulfill the above objectives, a nonlinear controller based on a nonlinear state model is proposed. This controller is realized by the Integral Backstepping technique.
