The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 4983 people who have been counted as patients registered at the health center since 2019-2020. The sampling technique used was Random Sampling using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 98 people was obtained. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires, observation and literature study. The collected data is then processed using a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with the help of SPSS 21.0 with a measurement scale using a Likert Scale. The population of this study was 1356 people, while the research sampel used total probability sampling amounting to 92 people. Data collectiontechniques used in this study are to use observation techniques, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data collected was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. \u0000The result sof this study indicate that the principles of good governance apparatus in the village of Ciro-ciroe Kacamatan Watang Pulu, Sidenreng Rappang Regency above, then the average percentage is obtained, namely 78,12%. So it can beconcluded that this indicatoris in the very good category. Public servants of the ciro-ciroe village apparatus Watang Pulu district Sidenreng Rappang district above, then the average percentage result it 69,83%. So it can be concluded that this indicator is in the quite good category. As for the factors that most influenca the application of the principles of good governance to village officials in public services in the Ciro-ciroe village Watang Pulu sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district above, the average percentage result is 71,96%. The population in this study included all family heads consisting of 2 (two) hamlets totaling 574 families. The sampling technique is probability sampling, the member of samples in this study amounted to 85 households. Data collecton technique using of observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency distribution analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The result showed that: 1) employee competencies were quite good with an average percentage of 58,3%, 2) electronic government was quite good with an average percentage of 56,9%, 3) employee competence affected the implementation electronic government, this is proven through data output from summary table R2 of 0,603 or 60,3%. T value = 6,881> 1,992 table with significance value of 0,000<0,05. The reason for the rise of early marriage in Maritengngae sub-district is the lack of socialization and government education about the dangers arising form early marriage. The factors that cause people to marry off their childern at an early age, namely : The desire to immediately get additional family members, matchmaking by parents or traditional factors, economic factors, educational factors, and Married by Accident (MBA) or pregnant outside of marriage.The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method to provide a clear picture of the problems studied in the Maritengngae district. The informant in this study is the purposive sampling method. There were 22 research informants, including 10 children married early, 5 parents who married their children at an early age, 3 village / kelurahan heads, maritengngae sub-district heads, religious court judges, 1 instructor of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), and Head of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of the District of Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Based on the results of the research in the field the researchers stated that the government's strategy in minimizing early marriage in the maritengngae sub-district of Sidenreng Rappang was not yet running optimally. This can be seen from the rise of early marriages that occur. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. The population in this study was 1,486 where the sampling used was Probability Sampling with a random sampling technique using aformula of Yount  5% with a total sample of 74. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistics, data quality test, classic assumption test using SPSS 21 and Likert Scale. The results showed that accountability for land and building tax payments in the peaceful village of Watang Sidenreng sub-district was categorized as \"Influential/ significant\", from the ANOVA test it was able to calculate 13,325 overall, influential/ significant and the probability was far from 0.05. The population of this study was 2,095 people. Samples were 95 people. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Human Resources Competence at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.16% was in the unfavorable category. The quality of public services at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.30% is in the poor category. Based on the value of t count> t table or 9,855> 1,989, then H0 is rejected, it means that Human Resources Competence has a significant effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage contribution of 51.1% influence. Factors that Influence Human Resources Competence: a. Internal factors: 1) Employees in improving service capability 58%. 2) The ability of employees to anticipate public complaints 59%. 3) Increased employee use of computers 56%. b. External factors: 1) Government attitudes towards human resource support 59%. 2) Community involvement in improving services 57%. 3) employee training to support technology development 51%. The sampling techniques uses the slovin formula with the results of 96 respondents, tekan based on a random sampling technique that is a random sample of the eutire population of the communty. Data collection techniques used i this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and library studies. The collected data is then used by means of dat analysis, using frequency  table and litert scales.The resolts of this study show the implementation of government authorty in the village Carawali District of Watng Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang that 70% of 100% of the oxpected results, whisch is classified as good.
