However, the controlling phase is growing day by day as one of the crucial roles of UAV. Obtaining control for autonomous landing is the crucial and critical step. So based on various literature surveys and centering into Industry 4.0, this proposed work deals with image flight simulation and control of Quadrotor, which is an important field of Industry 4.0 in future production and business power. This research is eyed on Quadrotor, a type of flying vehicle with four rotor blades wherein the opposite pairs rotate in alternate direction, which is very useful for vertical take-off and landing. The Quadrotor is created by using CATIA software which is best suited for modelling and developing real time application. The model is extracted in MATLAB/SIMULINK in which a variety of blocks are available under the set of control and aerospace blocks. Then, a suitable simulation environment and controller are made. The Hybrid Energy Storage System (HESS) is made up of a variety of energy sources that are typically seen in electric vehicles. The model has been created to study the super capacitor behaviour, charging, and discharging. While the model is being charged, the power is required, and in the discharging state, lithium-ion battery is used. The most important components to be employed as a combo for the proposed HESS are the battery and the super capacitor. When using a supercapacitor in an electric car, the performance is found to be improved. Because of the battery's low power density, rapid draining and charging occurs. Therefore, the battery is alleviated from peak stress with the aid of the super capacitor, which also boosts the efficiency. Transformers are essentially passive devices that supply desired voltage at a specified frequency. Transformer oil performs two different functions within all power transformers: insulation and cooling. The quality of the transformer oil depends on the performance of this continuously working equipment. Hence it is required to conduct a concurrent scheduled as well as unscheduled diagnostic tests. The proposed analysis has considered the dielectric strength or breakdown voltage, moisture or water content, acidity or neutralization number, interfacial tension along with dissolved gas analysis diagnostic tests. The Photovoltaic and Fuel Cell source are used to power the hybrid integrated topology's power supply. Photovoltaic source is utilized as the main power and runs very near to its Maximum Power Point, while the fuel cell section serves merely as a DC supply and feeds just the power that is needed to make up the difference. The integrated approach improves the overall power level that is supplied because of the presence of the fuel cell in parallel with the photovoltaic source. This may be achieved by smoothing out the voltage stress that are brought by the photovoltaic system's output. Another important characteristic is that the load may be fuelled by photovoltaic energy in any quantity, even if that quantity is relatively low. This is a feasible regardless of the size of the photovoltaic system. In addition, excess power may be sent to the electrolysis load, which results in the source of energy being used in the most effective manner possible. When converting voltages, a Hybrid Cascaded Multilevel Inverter (HCMI) topology is preferred over a conventional three phase inverter because it has the advantages of a gradual decrease in switching losses, a low total harmonic distortion, and a minimum power loss. This in comparison to the conventional three phase inverter, has none of these advantages. In addition to that, the voltages might be converted in a more effective way using this design. This exhaust gas contains some toxic elements like Suspended Particle Matter (SPM), SOX, NOX, Mercury etc. It causes air pollution in the atmosphere and affects the human beings and aquatic lives. The allowable limit of this flue gas dust emission to the atmosphere is about 50 mg/m3. In order to separate this dust particle from the flue gas, Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) are used to collect those unwanted suspended particles before passing them to chimney. ESP requires high efficiency to extract those dust and hence, High-Frequency High Voltage (HFHV) power supply is applied to increase the efficiency of the collecting electrode of the electrostatic precipitator. Even basic monitoring has grown into self-optimizing performance in these gadgets. With the addition of bio-mechatronics and micro-mechatronics, the application fields of mechatronics have expanded. Bio or microcontroller-based applications are the focus of this publication, which aids researchers in building and testing control systems. Design considerations for mechatronic systems are addressed in this work. In order to implement more complicated control algorithms in an industrial setting, new controller design tools are required. To attain this goal many organizations started research in this field to solve the real time problems faced during the development of autonomous vehicles. The first challenge in this phase is to customize the existing technology to develop autonomous vehicle with latest technologies. The future expectation is to develop fully automated vehicle without any flaws. This can be achieved by integrating various sensors, navigation software and various control algorithms, etc. However, the challenges and uncertainties are still vast because the application of autonomous driving environment involves not only the complex automotive technology but also the human-behavior, traffic management strategies, ethics, liability, policies etc., So as the result carmaker’s does not expect to commercially launch an autonomous vehicle in less time. From the technical perception the detection of the obstacles at high speed and a long distance is one of the highest difficulties. This survey paper shows an overview of the challenges faced by the autonomous vehicle and the technological implementations applied. It is estimated that, until now in India in the year 2022, the total amount of waste generated is 62millon tons, wherein nearly 43 million tons of waste is collected in which about 12million tons is treated and 31million tons is dumped in landfill. Moreover, segregation of waste also is a tough task for the workers. Since the waste may be hazardous and infectious for the human life, the segregation must be carried out without labor. This problem is majorly being faced in developing cities. To overcome this, a smart waste segregation system using CNN is proposed in this paper. \u0000Segregation of waste from building itself brings about a large change in waste management. As the waste gets collected in a dumping area, it is identified using Open CV with the help of Pi camera. The captured image of waste is compared with default images using CNN algorithm, and segregation is done using robotic arm. Furthermore, the ultrasonic sensor present within the bin monitors the level of waste; when the waste level reaches the maximum, it alerts the authorized person with the help of GSM module. As the result, this keeps the buildings clean and supports the swatch Bharath mission. Solar panel technologies are also examined from the manufacturing perspective. Furthermore, this article describes the efficiencies and limits of several newer solar cell technologies in the current and future. There has been much advancement in solar cell technology over the last several decades. Incredibly, they are more efficient than conventional solar cells. However, most of the design of electrical power generation units do not seem to be eco-friendly as that of the electrical motors and drives. Therefore, the concentration has moved towards the non-renewable energy generation possibilities. Power stations that are operated by wind, solar and hydro stations attract the developers due to their minimum maintenance cost and higher operational efficiency. Hence, the combinations of two or three renewable energy sources are clubbed in many places to form a Distributed Generation (DG) setup. Such DG system requires an efficient switching operation for managing the power outcome from different generating stations to meet the load requirement. To meetup such requirement, a combination of Genetic Algorithm (GA) with the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) based technique has been developed in this work.
