It is located in Southwest Asia and it has strategic significant boundaries, Overlooking the Arabian Sea, Gulf of Oman, and the Persian Gulf. It is the 80th in Global Innovation Index in 2019 and 63 in E-Government Development Index in 2018. Oman is an effective member of the Greater Arab Free Trade Agreement (GAFTA) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). Furthermore, Oman's government has continued efforts to develop local and foreign investments by signing a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the USA. Oman plays a significant role in investments due to its strategic location connected to the markets in the Gulf, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Oman's vision is to involve all new technologies to be always beside the developed countries. To achieve that, Oman established The Government Innovation Initiative to encourage government entities in creativity and introduce their suggestions to enhance governmental performance and enhance the efficiency in different fields. This is realized by involving modern technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Virtual Reality Applications, and Blockchain. In Oman, the risk management approach is a core technique. Three major stages are applied systematically in risk management in software projects. These stages involve a) identifying the risk; b) analyzing and assessing the risk, and c) reaction to the risk. There is no doubt that the high risk belonged to business will have negative impacts on all of its participants. Wherefore, this paper sheds the light on that knowledge area. The aim of this paper is to review the present literature on risk management processes implemented in software projects. There is a dearth in the literature which covers the risk management area knowledge in Oman's organizations. This paper target finding out the commonly used frameworks or mechanisms in risk management in software projects. It also tries to collect the responses to state the various types of risk origins in the existing profit and non-profit organizations in Oman and to recognize the coming research trends in this area. This system can be implemented in hospitals or ICU’s as well as at patient’s home. The system monitors the vital health parameter: pulse and temperature. These parameters are automatically monitored and stored by the system. If these parameters deviate from their nominal values, the alert message is sent to the concerned doctor on his system or mobile. Goyal, Ankita Joshi","doi":"10.22161/eec.532","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22161/eec.532","url":null,"abstract":"— “ Bitcoin Technology ” Bitcoin is an innovative technology that offers several benefits, such as fast transaction speeds, low costs, and the elimination of the need for a third-party intermediary to process transactions. Unfortunately, BitCoin has faced resistance from regulators because the technology has been used for nefarious purposes, including online drug purchases and Ponzi schemes. This note provides a basic explanation of how BitCoin works and is currently regulated on federal and state levels. This note argues that BitCoin should not be forced into old regulatory frameworks that do not adequately balance security concerns with the benefits of BitCoin. BitCoin should not be regulated at the federal level. Instead, state regulations should focus on BitCoin providers that can unilaterally transfer or block transfers of BitCoin on behalf of users. State regulators should require such providers to register with their given states, maintain adequate books and records, implement advanced cyber security standards, conduct audits of their operations, and submit reports to state regulators. In crafting these regulations, regulators should keep in mind that vague or poorly drafted regulations will chill innovation. A Bitcoin would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. Although the number of reported cases may be small but the high death rate associated with this infection is a significant public health concern and the reported cases as presented in is worrisome. The objective of this study is to design an intelligent means of using Fuzzy Logic for determining the severity of Listeriosis disease; this will assist the medical practitioners in the process of early discovery of the disease and proffer necessary medications. Ladoke Akintola (LAUTECH), Osogbo, Nigeria was used for the research. To ensure the confidentiality of the information collected and the anonymity, international ethical standards were followed. We used 8 clinical symptoms and 2 types of listeriosis diseases as our dataset. The system is developed in an environment characterized by Microsoft XP Professional operating system, Microsoft Access Database Management System, Visual BASIC Application Language and Microsoft Excel. We also performed training, testing and validation. The correct classified records are stored in the knowledge base. The research is presented here as an abstract. The study will investigate the aspects of cost preparedness and cost efficiency that have an impact on the effective adoption of a mobile banking system, and it will provide prospective and long-term solutions that would go a long way toward overcoming cost barriers in the future. In order to ascertain whether or not pre-implementation mobile banking will be financially viable, the researchers turned to a quantitative study approach. There were a total of 516 individuals from different private banks in Kurdistan that took part in this survey. The findings indicated that cost readiness possesses a significant predictive value for mobile banking and will have a direct and positive link with it in the future. One of the drawbacks of the study is that the survey questions may not necessarily generalize to the larger community of teachers and administrative workers at private banks.
