Data were collected from one hundred and thirty seven employees in Surabaya with the method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. Data analysis used SPSS version 23. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study showed that there was a positive effect of Job demand, Job Crafting, and Job Resources on Work Engagement. Managerial implications in this study are how employees think about the job demands experienced by employees of organizations that have goals, work environment and self-efficacy are very important in group and organizational life. Employees are expected to be able to commit to the organization both emotionally and intellectually. Currently, the game is very liked by several groups ranging from adults, teenagers to children. The phenomenon of this game certainly has positive and negative impacts for its users, especially for children who currently dominate the game world. There needs to be a good and appropriate game selection based on age and gender through the application of a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The purpose of this study is to design and apply the AHP algorithm method to create a decision support system in the selection of game recommendations at the edelweiss internet cafe. The stages in this research start from data collection, analysis, design, implementation and system testing. The decision support system for selecting game recommendations at the edelweiss internet cafe has been successfully designed by utilizing the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) design method and the AHP method has been successfully applied. This study uses a data sample of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2021 period. The number of companies used as samples were 14 companies with observations for 4 years using purposive sampling method. Packaging can be interpreted as the act of wrapping, covering an item or a group of items with packaging material. PT.Fittech Anugrah Mekarindo Perkasa is a company that focuses on providing high quality furniture and various accessories to meet market demand in the production of furniture/furniture, the current problems are (1) the occurrence of differences in goods between accessories stock data and actual accessories stock when stock taking is carried out, (2) accessories stock data is often lost due to the negligence of the warehouse operator when preparing the goods, (3) the packaging operator takes new accessories for production shortages without providing information to the warehouse operator. Based on these problems, it is hoped that with the research entitled \"Inventory Information System and Packaging of Furniture Accessories at PT. Fittech Anugrah Mekarindo Perkasa”, makes it easier to control the availability of accessories, increases accuracy when managing accessories stock data so that it can produce accurate accessories stock data information. One of them is to prevent or minimize the occurrence of vacancies in pharmaceutical supplies needed. Problems that occur at the Tunggilis Pharmacy include the inaccuracy of officers in checking drug stock, delays in ordering drugs to distributors, inaccurate procurement planning resulting in conditions where inventory is smaller or larger than needed. The process of ordering drugs that is done conventionally will take a lot of time and energy so that an information system is needed that can provide information according to the items needed and when the time is right so that pharmacies can order drugs again. One of the effective systems is the recommendation system. In recommending automatic drug orders, it is processed with the help of the Reorder Point (ROP) method as a form of convenience in calculating the timeliness of ordering drugs to maintain drug availability at the Tunggilis Pharmacy. The system development in this study refers to the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the waterfall model.
