The analysis for the amplification saturation levels is carried out. The considered devices could have the saturation levels similar with an equivalent parametrical FEL but for essentially smaller lengths of the saturation. Turning of the beams and directing them to drift tubes (canals) are implemented by electrostatic field of the special reflecting electrode having decreased potential. Total micro-perveance of the multibeam flow is equal to 7 uA/V3/2. An analysis of the temperature dependences of l-V curves of forward-biased Schottky barriers showed that, in the 80-380 K temperature range, current flow occurs as tunneling along dislocations crossing the space-charge region.
