This study investigates English language teachers practices, challenges faced by ELT teachers and strategies they apply in the English language classroom at the Department of English QUEST Nawabshah. The data collected from students at English department of QUEST Nawabshah. The researchers selected a qualitative method to collect data where a questionnaire was used, Questionnaire (open-ended) which includes ten questions. Based on the findings, the study highlighted that English teachers face many obstacles, but the most common are students who are disappointed in the rough attitude of some teachers, so other teachers motivate them to appreciate their efforts, provide opportunities, teachers answer the questions from students to interact with students. The development of communicative skills, on the other hand, involves social interaction between the teacher and the students; the use of technology has long been considered as a supplement to specific skill areas. The main goal of this study was to look into what are the students perceptions of the impact of ICT in their English language classes. Non-native speakers require English and ICT to participate in today's highly information world. This study was based on 50 undergraduate learners at Shaheed Benazir Button University, Shaheed Benazirabad, where the aim was to shed light on students perceptions about the influence of ICT in English language learning, effectiveness of ICT, impacts of ICT and different uses of ICT in effective language learning. The quantitative results from the questionnaire, which contains 15 closed-ended questions, revealed that technology-based teaching and learning are more effective than traditional classroom teaching and learning. This is because utilizing ICT tools and equipment will create a more engaging effective and active learning environment. The perceptions of 3rd year English students were recorded. The main aim of this study was to find reading difficulties while reading. This study used survey questionnaire as quantitative method. On the whole 24 students of 3rd year participated in the research. The data was analyzed through Word Excel and presented in percentage. The study gave very valuable results. The findings indicated that students should read a lot and practice in classroom activities. Despite this, practical difficulties and legal issues persist. Particularly in the areas of administrative supervision, land transfer, contractual systems, and tort liability, existing laws and regulations still need further improvement for efficient and scientific regulatory management. To promote the healthy growth of rural tourism, the primary task is to strengthen regulatory agency construction and clarify the scope of powers and responsibilities to enhance government supervision. Additionally, the establishment of land transfer systems and clarification of property rights are essential legal measures to regulate land transfer. Furthermore, improving contractual systems and defining tort liability regulations can effectively address issues related to leisure agriculture and rural tourism contracts and tort actions. Varied SEL initiatives aim for impartial learning experiences, contributing to the growth of each student. In China, the commitment to equitable education stands as a crucial national policy. This paper consolidates global research on how SEL addresses educational equity, scrutinizes culturally responsive and transformative SEL to give the definition of equitable SEL, and offers recommendations for introducing equitable SEL in China. Integrating SEL into schools, families, communities, and society can cultivate comprehensive student development, fostering inclusivity and harmony in societal structures. It explores classroom dynamics, teacher-student interactions, and the unique challenges within this educational environment. Using qualitative methods, including observations and focus-group interviews, the study identifies current classroom management practices and their impact on learners' motivation, engagement, and achievement. The participants in this qualitative research study include 20 English as Foreign Language (EFL) students. These students were purposefully chosen to reflect a variety of backgrounds, language proficiency levels, and experiences in EFL classes. The findings reveal teaching flaws, such as unclear instructions and limited interaction, along with learner issues like passivity and a fear of making mistakes.
