There are some project frameworks, like CRISP-DM and DAMA DMBOK, that recommend the preparation of the Data Quality Report, as a tool to describe the found problems during the data exploration phase and to describe an approach to fix those problems. However, those frameworks are very generic in their guidelines and neither tell what exactly should be measured nor how to associate any measure to the data quality. Data Profiling tools and some ETL(Extraction, Transformation and Loading) tools as well, implement some basic Statistical Description tooling, but they do not propose any general methodolgy to evaluate quantitatively the quality of a set of data, except, perhaps, in the IBM Watson Analytics tool. We propose a three-stage framework: The first one is a car detection method using convolutional neural networks, in this case, we used the net You Only Look Once (YOLO); the second stage is a tracker in order to focus each car; then the final stage for each car we use the Violent Flow (ViF) descriptor with a Support Vector Machine (SVM) in order to detect the car crashes. Howev-er, their design and creation often exceeds the possibilities that a teacher has for their production. Teachers are experienced users in the educational field and have little or no experience in pro-gramming tools, so it is expected that the production of an OA can be scalable. The aim of this paper is to present an intermedi-ate software solution that supports the systematic application and documentation of the phases proposed in the DICREVOA meth-odology for the design, analysis and implementation of OA. For this a case study with the proposed graphic editors is presented. However, both the empirical analysis of strategies for complex data storage and the definition of a suitable representation for similarity query operators are still open issues in the literature. Here, we fulfill those gaps through the classification, implementation, and evaluation of existing approaches for complex data storage according to four structures found in standard SQL, namely relational, object-relational, binary and semi-structured. Moreover, we also discuss a comprehensive model for complex data retrieval, whose conception of similarity operators is consistent with standard SQL representations. Accordingly, a distance function representation is presented, which enables the RDBMS query processor to interpret and execute physical similarity operators. This process takes a long time to be done during the medical consultation. The optimization of the current process would allow the search of encoded terminologies during the medical consultation, avoiding that the resident doctors have to perform this extra work after the workday. This work implements a medical terminology server through web services and using the text search engine library: Apache Lucene that is specialized in storage agility and data recovery. The implemented server also allows to perform successful searches of terminologies encoded in standards through friendly or familiar terms. The search time of coded terminologies using the implemented server was compared with the search time of the current process in the hospital of clinics using the internet of cell phones. Under these criteria, the terminology server responds up to 18 times faster than the current search process. In addition, it was made a comparison of the server against a search engine, called Metamorphosys. The terminology server implemented turned out to be quite competitive against Metamorphosys by presenting quite similar response times. Although both tools have a similar average response time, Metamorphosys presents some high atypical values in some algorithms that it presents as search options. The degree of satisfaction of the user in the use of the system was evaluated through a usability questionnaire called “System Usability Scale” (SUS). Techniques combinations force graphics engines to manage a great number of permutations that increase exponencially. In this article we introduce an effects framework to manage orderly, maintainable and extensively all the available shaders, which was developed and integrated with our graphics engine.
