The sample is 16 firms listed in the manufacturing company for the period of 2010-2016 (112 research data). Results of F test show that the regression model used to determine the ROA variable (X1), Tobin’s Q (X2), Institutional ownership (X3) on Executive Compensation (Y) is jointly influential, so the proposed hypothesis is proved true. Result of F test 20,275 with p value (sig.) Equal to 0.000 which is much smaller 5% (0.05). The regression model in this study indicates that the independent variables are able to explain the Executive compensation by 36%. Based on t test result, it is found that ROA (X1) variable has no effect on execitive compensation, Tobin's Q (X2), Institutional Ownership (X3), which significantly influence Executive Compensation (Y). Data and information was gathered by qualitative research. In-depth interviews was conducted with officials at the central and local governments, as well as with civil society and investors. This study argues that, in the nationalization of Inalum, the state was not autonomous in decision making at the local level. This is due to the fact that it did not pursuit and serve its own interest for maximum share of the profitable company. A specific measurement model of competitive advantage will make it easier to develop the creative industry. The adoption of information technology (IT) can be studied from the perspective of readiness of users, which is the business actors for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) creative industries in Central Java in adopting IT. The research design and model was developed by using Technology Readiness Index (TRI). The data used are primary data, and sample determination used rule of thumb from Hair et al (2006), with maximum likehood method. Data was collected by using survey method with questionnaire and analyzed using AMOS software. In general, the research findings indicate that SMEs in creative industries in Central Java have readiness to adopt IT. This strategic role can be applied within the family, education, economy, and environmental preservation. Women’s strategic role cannot be applied effectively if the women possess neither physical health nor psychological health. Women tend to have more unstable psychological state than men do. Thus, women have the deep sensitivity and trauma when they experience disturbing incident, which endangers them. That is why women need to get special attention and protection so that they are able to work in various fields without experiencing discrimination. Problems that can easily occur in everyday life, especially in the smallest scope, the family, is violence problem that target the women as its object. Violence against the women keeps happening and increasing both in quantity and in quality. One of its triggers is an unbalance gender relation between men and women. As an example, when there is a domestic violence case , women usually become its victim. It is very rare for men who become the victim in domestic violence case. In order to anticipate and prevent the violence against the women, Indonesian government has given human rights guarantee for all women by imposing the constitution number 23, 2004 regarding domestic violence eradication. One of the implementation of that policy is applied through legal entity that serves public regarding women and children cases; in Indonesian national police, there is a unit that deals with women and children protection (from now on will be known as PPA). Based on domestic violence case observation result that occurs in Garut regent, it is increasing in each year. During 2015, there were 17 reported cases on PPA Unit, criminal detective unit of Garut District Police. Meanwhile, in 2016, it increased to 19 cases. The increasing of case numbers is a challenge for PPA Unit at Garut District Police to improve its service by being more responsive towards the public complaint or report. Data resources from primary and secondary documentation, archival record, open ended interview and participant observation. FindingBIRU is the first program on domestic biogas in Indonesia with payment mechanism and sustained. BIRU create multiplier effect on economic development and non-economic benefit. Organizational culture sharing characteristic transformation, climate, and empowerment are as efforts of facilitating local society process to motivate them for participation in accordance to improve thinking ability, logic, complex, dynamic, and contextual thinking. The research methodology used here is descriptive quantitative or statistical with non-probability sampling and is analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM). The result of this research shows that the characteristic of harmonious cultural sharing, supportive climate, and source empowerment have the highest correlation value on participation process with high achievement motivation while the characteristic of mutual organizational culture sharing morale, conflict climate, and opportunity empowerment have the lowest value on motivation participation. The findings require participation activity to develop organizational culture sharing morale with less conflict gives opportunity to fulfill power needs (reward) and harmonious organizational culture share should be developed with the sources through a clear achievement participation process for the village apparatuses, village figures, and the youth of Ciapus village in Banjaran District in Bandung Regency. With OBOR China drives the Rise of New Eurasia and make this region become alternatives for US-Europe trade relations. On other hand Indonesia with Global Maritime Fulcrum (GMF) in China perspectives especially and Eurasia generally has very strategic geographical position for at least reinforce New Eurasia through sea line and as the Eurasia liaison with the world (mainly US, Japan and Australia that politically opposite with China interest). In this new global power structure as implications from the Rise of China, Indonesia has opportunity and challenge mainly as middle power. On one hand Indonesia find at least: (1) market (new Eurasia) with cheap access because the OBOR and GMF line; (2) push its economic growing as consequences of market expansion; (3) find its role as Sea Power so that push its bargaining position in international area; on other hand Indonesia also become (1) trade destinations from others countries mainly China easier; so that (2) dependence toward China politically. In this new world power structure Indonesia must has ability for stand on its position as state that has free active foreign policy. Indonesia should be (1) push productivity; (2) able to exploit Eurasia's new market; (3) reinforce its position between two great power (China and US); and (4) create the Rise of Indonesia.
