Over time, machine learning can replace and improve human abilities in various fields, Machine Learning has been extensively researched and used to solve various problems. Among them is to find out how the assessment and views of hotel guests regarding the services and policies set. With reviews from customers or hotel guests, we can find out how the quality of the product or service is implemented, so that an evaluation can be carried out to increase customer satisfaction. Sentiment analysis, or opinion evaluation is an active area of study in the field of natural language processing that analyzes opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes, and emotions through improving the processing of subjectivity in texts. Sentiment analysis is useful for a wide variety of issues of interest to human-computer interaction practices and researchers, as well as people from fields such as: sociology, marketing and advertising, psychology, eco-economics, and political science. The process of sentiment analysis is often done to find out positive, neutral or negative opinion from the public regarding a certain matter. The Valence Aware Dictionary and Sentiment Reasoner (VADER) method is a sentiment analysis method that can identify a person's emotions based on words. The potential of artificial intelligence can be observed in almost every sector of life including the business sector. Limited resources and skill capabilities especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises tend to hinder progress. However, given the current advanced level of artificial intelligence, it has emerged as an innovative and cost-effective solution to support business actors. This research systematically examines and discusses the potential of utilizing artificial intelligence in the business sector from credible and scientific sources. A systematic literature review methodology is used for this study. The review encompasses Scopus-indexed journals published between 2019 and 2023, with additional open-access publications. Based on the research findings, 106 studies were found, however, after the screening process the number of studies is reduced to 13 articles. Customer churn management emerged as the most prominent utilization of artificial intelligence. On the other hand, from a technological perspective, optimization technique emerged as the most frequently addressed topic in the examined studies. A thorough record of entering and exiting items can reduce errors, streamline work procedures, and make future investment decisions easier. However, due to limited human resources in information technology, MSMEs may continue to keep records manually. Store N, a costume rental MSME, also encountered a similar issue. Business owners need help keeping track of the rotation of costumes, especially at certain events. This research aims to create a web-based store inventory information system to help store N launch its business. The recording of purchases, rentals, returns, and costume conditions is performed centrally in a database. The method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, because each process is clearly defined and easy to understand. Semua Proses layanan jaringan internet hotspot saat ini akan terhubung baik mahasiswa, dosen, karyawan maupun tamu, Pengguna harus mendaftarkan perangkat kartu jaringan berupa mac address kepada admin. Namun sistem yang ada saat ini memiliki banyak kelemahan diantaranya penggunaan internet oleh dosen dan karyawan serta layanan informasi kinerja yang lambat dalam mendapat akses internet tidak merata, sedangkan mahasiswa tidak memiliki akses menggunakan free hotspot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan menerapkan pengelolaan management login user dan bandwith dengan mengunakan metode Queue Tree dengan Fitur Peer Connection Queue (PCQ). Proses manajemen pada server dapat membatasi traffic pengguna dalam upload dan download dan bandwidth dibagi merata dalam mendapatkan layanan internet. dalam penelitian ini ketika user mengakses internet cukup menggunakan NIM, NIDN, NIK dan tamu diberi akses secara default.
