Good road conditions will facilitate the movement of people in relationships and other social activities. Meanwhile, if there is road damage, it will not only hinder economic and social activities, but accidents can occur. Many factors cause road damage, including weather, weather on the road surface when it rains, scorching heat in the dry season, average daily traffic volume (LHR), and vehicles that have a number of loads or overloads (Overloading). From the results of the study, the dominant type of damage on the Banda Aceh-Medan road STA 481+000-STA 483+000 sorted from the largest to the smallest percentage is Alligator Cracking, the second is Longitudinal Cracks, the third is Longitudinal Cracks. Taufiq, Vyxy Anggreini, Moh Faiqun Niam","doi":"10.30811/portal.v14i2.3277","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30811/portal.v14i2.3277","url":null,"abstract":"Perubahan iklim pada kawasan pesisir terutama pada kawasan industri sebagai basis kawasan perekonomian, akhir-akhir ini menghadapi berbagai masalah dengan adanya banjir rob dan air hujan dari hulu yang tidak bisa lansung terbuang ke laut yang mengakibatkan banjir dan rob pada kawasan industri Terboyo, Kecamatan Genuk, Kota Semarang. Upayaa mengatasi permasalahan itu dilakukan penelitian kajian alternatif penanganan banjir dan rob kawasan industri Terboyo dengan aplikaasi epa-SWMM dan HEC-RAS. Penelitian ini dapat menangani kawasan industri Terboyo dari genangan banjir dan rob, dengan sistem drainase polder, dengan menghitung ketinggian rob dengan analisis hidro-oceanografi dan perhitungan analisa hidrologi. Selanjutnya disimulasikan dengan aplikasi HEC-RAS untuk memperoleh ketinggian muka air banjir dan rob. Penanganan sistem poder drainase dengan simulasi Epa-SWMM untuk mencari debit dan muka air pada tampungan, kapasitas dan oprasional pompa. Dengan analisis hidro-oceanografi dengan nilai HHWL (Highest High Water Level) = 167 cm, SLR (kenaikan muka air laut akibat pemanasan global) = 0.25 cm, Wind Setup = 20 cm, Wave Setup = 20 cm, DWL (Desain Water Level) = 2.33 m. Hasil analisis hidrologi dengan Catment Area 147,2 Ha menggunakan Q10 dapatkan hujan rencana =124,8 Pearson III dengan Debit keseluruhan 11.02 m3/s. Analisis Hidrolika dengan simulasi banjir pasang surut menggunakan program HEC-RAS didapat elvasi Muka Air Banjir (MAB) +2.35 m. Operasional pompa dengan bantuan aplikasi Epa SWMM dengan debit pada kolam (storage) dengan debit puncak 1.94 m3/detik dengan pompa kapasitas 0.5x2 m3/detik. Dengan elevasi dipertahankan 1,3 meter dengan pompa aktif 30 jam 1 m3/detik dan 0,5 m3/detik 5 jam. Beton memiliki banyak kegunaan di teknik sipil terutama dalam suatu struktur bangunan. Pendukung beban suatu struktur diperlukan adanya beton dengan kuat tekan yang tinggi. Perancangan beton kuat tekan tinggi dapat dipakai bahan tambah dalam adukan beton sesuai dengan fungsi kegunaan dan kadar yang tepat. Pemakaian Abu Sekam Padi dan gula pasir dinilai dapat menaikkan kuat tekan beton jika dipergunakan pada kadar yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemakaian Abu Sekam Padi dan gula pasir dalam menaikkan kuat tekan pada umur 3 hari, 14 hari, dan 28 hari maka perlu dibuat sebuah penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan bahan tambah Abu Sekam Padi dan gula pasir. Penelitian ini menggunakan Abu Sekam Padi sebanyak 10% dan gula pasir 0,2% dari berat semen dan nilai fas 0,4. Variasi umur yang digunakan adalah usia 3 hari, 14 hari, dan 28 hari.  Beton dengan penggunaan bahan tambah Abu Sekam Padi dan gula pasir ini akan dibandingkan hasil kuat tekannya terhadap beton normal yang diwakili oleh masing-masing tiga sampel pada setiap variasi umur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah silinder berdiameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kuat tekan beton dengan bahan tambah Abu Sekam Padi dan gula pasir pada umur 3 hari mempunyai kuat tekan 15,84 Mpa dengan 80,89% dari kuat tekan beton normal. Pengujian kuat tekan pada umur 14 hari menunjukkan nilai kuat tekan 27,92 Mp dengan kenaikan 20,13 % dari kuat tekan beton normal. Pengujian  kuat tekan pada umur 28 hari mempunyai kuat tekan sebesar 36,49 Mpa dengan kenaikan 17,33 % dari beton normal.Kata kunci: beton, beton bertulang, gula pasir, abu sekam padi Abstrack — The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of adding 0.20% granulated sugar and 10% rice husk ash as a cement substitute to the compressive strength of concrete aged 4 days, 14 days, and 28 days. Concrete has many uses in civil engineering, especially in a building structure. To support the load of a structure, it is necessary to have concrete with a high compressive strength. In the design of high compressive strength concrete, additional materials can be used in the concrete mix in accordance with the function of use and the right level. The use of rice husk ash and granulated sugar is considered to increase the compressive strength of concrete if used at the right levels. This study aims to determine the effect of using Rice Husk Ash and granulated sugar in increasing the compressive strength at the age of 3 days, 14 days, and 28 days, it is necessary to make a study. Oleh karena itu perlunya penelitian terhadap campuran beton dengan menggunakan limbah ban bekas sebagai bahan substitusi maupun bahan tambah. Serat limbah ban bekas digunakan sebagai bahan tambah dengan variasi 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% terhadap berat semen serta butiran halus ban bekas kendaraan yang digunakan sebagai subsitusi pasir halus dengan variasi 0%, 5% dari berat pasir halus. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah dengan variasi beton normal dan dengan menggunakan butiran halus ban bekas kendaraan sebagai subsitusi agregat halus dan tambahan serat ban bekas kendaraan 0% menghasilkan kuat tekan sebesar 17,10 MPa. Beton ini dapat menjadi alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan kerusakan jalan akibat genangan air, terutama pada trotoar, jalan taman, atau jalan lingkungan dalam skala terbatas. Slag baja dapat menggantikan agregat kasar karena memiliki kuat tekan yang mendekati agregat batu pecah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh substitusi steel slag terhadap kuat tekan beton porous non pasir. Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan dua variasi faktor air-semen (w/c 0,25 dan w/c 0,3) dengan dua variasi agregat batu pecah dan steel slag dengan diameter 10 mm-20 mm.
