Bedoya","doi":"10.18004/UCSA/2409-8752/2019.006(01)023-032","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18004/UCSA/2409-8752/2019.006(01)023-032","url":null,"abstract":"La investigacion presenta una innovacion mediante la aplicacion de nuevas estrategias de ventas de tarjetas crediticias en una cadena de bancos en Peru, la cual es posible a traves de la incentivacion al comercio electronico de sus futuros clientes, aprovechando que diversos estudios previos han resaltado que el medio de pago mas utilizado en las transacciones en linea es la tarjeta de credito, y que los clientes estan propensos a utilizar este canal de ventas solo si conocen sus diversas ventajas y desventajas. Este estudio propone la siguiente hipotesis general: si se aplican estrategias de ventas de tarjetas crediticias basada en el modelo de e-commerce y business-to-consumer(B2C) entonces se permite incentivar el comercio electronico en los clientes de una cadena de bancos en Peru. La investigacion analizo informacion de 80 prospectos de clientes, a quienes se les aplico una encuesta para obtener los datos que posteriormente fueron analizados a traves de una prueba de chi cuadrado, mediante el software estadistico SPSS, la cual arrojo como resultado 36,156, siendo este resultado mayor que 3,841, lo cual, de acuerdo a la teoria, nos permite rechazar toda hipotesis nula a la vez que se acepta la hipotesis planteada por los autores. Based on documentary analysis and interviews, using the qualitative method, it is shown that first sociology entered the country with the chair modality, and through the National University of Asunción (UNA); that since the positivism exceeded the essay. Second, that with the foundation of the Paraguayan Center for Sociological Studies (CPES) started the development of the modality of the new empirical sociology, overlapping both in the historical period from different institutional spaces. La investigacion identifico inicialmente el activo financiero mas apropiado para estimar los valores de rendimiento y riesgo de la cartera de acciones 50% mas liquida del mercado peruano en el periodo 2010-2016. A partir del activo seleccionado se utilizo la tecnica de redes neuronales artificiales con un perceptron multicapa con regresion configurado con 3 capas (21,85,2) usando una funcion de activacion logistica con un optimizador LBFGS a una taza de aprendizaje de 0.01 para establecer los patrones financieros, operacionales, comerciales o de gobierno corporativo que puedan explicar y/o predecir el comportamiento del mismo en el mercado. La investigacion concluye que la capacidad de generacion de caja y la velocidad con la que se rotan los activos, asi como la velocidad con la que se desembolsa el Capex constituyen los principales factores que influencian en la determinacion de las mejores combinaciones de rendimiento y riesgo para el grupo de activos financieros considerados como materia de estudio, independiente del sector de mercado en el cual se opera. La investigacion encontro una red neuronal capaz de aproximar la prediccion de rendimiento y riesgo con un 76.93% de eficacia para el conjunto de activos seleccionados en el periodo de estudio. Se determinaron los parametros de explotacion como flujo volumetrico que entra en el patin, presion maxima de empuje y coeficiente de carga maxima, entre otros. Values for the parameters thermodynamic efficiency and COP of 3.849 and 59.86% were obtained for the compressor, respectively, which can be considered acceptable. The daily consumption of frigorific energy was of 4 332 kW, which is reduced by 61.18% with both improvement proposals, thus implying $ 27 114.32 of annual economic savings. The investment cost of installing Armaflex insulation at refrigeration pipes ascended to $ 103 234.24, while the investment cost of installing Polyurethane insulation at refrigeration chambers had a value of $ 506 536.38. The insulation investment in refrigeration pipes is recovered in 4.7 years. The object of this article is describe and analyses one teaching unit of PPPLE, describe the experience of selection and development of this material with the students. Methodologically was conducted Revista Científica de la UCSA, Vol.5 N.3 Diciembre, 2018: 3-18 4 a descriptive research, qualitative based in a case study that started in a particular phenomenon, considering his context and different dimensions. First of all, was described the selection of the PPPLE teaching units, process based in the student's needs and expectations. Then, was analyzed one of the teaching units with a specialized analysis sheets, considering communication, linguistic and cultural contents. Valenzuela","doi":"10.18004/ucsa/2409-8752/2018.005(03)019-037","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18004/ucsa/2409-8752/2018.005(03)019-037","url":null,"abstract":"The subject of the study focuses on the Psychology of New Technologies and Positive Psychology with the interest of determining the use of internet and the measurement of happiness in Internet users residing in Paraguay, that is, the behavior of Internet users and their relationship with happiness. The chosen design was non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, with a quantitative, cross-sectional approach. The Internet Addiction Test (IAT), Spanish version of Puerta-Cortés, Carbonell and Chamarro (2012) (Cronbach's alpha = .846) and the Alarcón's Happiness Scale (2006) (Cronbach's alpha = .948) were applied. Due to the main objective of the study, the chosen population was that of adult Internet users residing in different cities of Paraguay. A sample of 321 subjects was reached: 100 men and 221 women. Regarding the age ranges, 124 people were between 18 and 24 years old, 158 people were between 26 and 39 years old and 39 people were 40 or older. Regarding the academic level, 16 people were located in the secondary level and 305 people in the tertiary level. The data was collected during a period of 2 months (May / June 2018). Through the on-line application a non-probabilistic type snowball sampling was used. Through informed consent confidentiality was guaranteed by not disclosing the identity of the participants. The link was sent via social networks. The statistical program SPSS version 20 (test phase) was used. It was found that the levels of happiness were: very low 46 people (14.3%) under 29 people (9%), the predominant levels were: average 101 people (31.5%), high 71 people (22.1%) and very high 74 people (23.1%) in a sample of 321 Internet users. 89% of the participants demonstrated control in the use of the internet. Regarding the relationship of the main variables, internet use and happiness, an inverse, weak and significant association was found ρ = -0.26 sig = 0.01, the result would indicate that the lower the use of the internet, the greater happiness and vice versa. Referring to the comparison of Internet use according to sex, a higher score of the average range of internet use in men was obtained in comparison to women U = 9232 sig = 0.01.
