SiCepat Ekspres has an official website at www.sicepat.com. The problem is that the increase in the number of visitors to SiCepat Ekspres is much lower than that of competing companies. To maintain and increase website users or visitors, it is necessary to know the relationship between website service quality and user satisfaction. Therefore, a research was conducted on the effect of website service quality with the WebQEM method on user satisfaction. The quality of website services with the WebQEM method has four variables, namely usability, functionality, reliability, and efficiency. UMKM ini hanya menyusun laporan laba rugi dan laporan posisi keuangan yang tidak berkiblat pada standar akuntansi yang berlaku umum. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif pada .De Luffy Artisan Coffee Roastery. Hasil pembahasan dan kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa pencatatan laporan keuangan dalam posisi keuangan telah dilakukan dengan cara sederhana, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pencatatan dalam akuntansi, sehingga implementasi menggunakan SAK-EMKM tidak dilakukan secara prosedur. Tidak terdapatnya catatan atas laporan keuangan yang digunakan sebagai dasar penyajian informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. TikTok is one of the digital entertainment platforms that penetrate digital marketing tools. The tight competition in the business world has resulted in many companies needing to be dynamic in implementing the right marketing strategy. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing, namely TikTok, on J&T Express brand loyalty. The sample consists of 196 respondents who have used J&T Express services and are active on TikTok social media. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equations Modeling using the LISREL 8.8 program. The study results prove that social media marketing activities through TikTok can affect brand trust and brand image on J&T Express. However, the brand loyalty owned by J&T Express has not been able to be grown from the results of social media marketing carried out through the TikTok platform. Brand loyalty is formed from the J&T Express brand image, which is considered quite high in the eyes of shipping service consumers. \u0000  \u0000Keberadaan media sosial kini tidak lagi difungsikan sebagai sarana hiburan, melainkan juga sebagai sarana pemasaran modern yang mampu menjangkau pembeli dalam skala yang lebih luas. TikTok merupakan salah satu platform hiburan digital yang merambah pada sarana pemasaran digital. Ketatnya persaingan dunia usaha, mengakibatkan banyak perusahaan perlu dinamis dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran media sosial yaitu TikTok terhadap loyalitas merek J&T Express. Adapun sampel yang merupakan 196 responden yang telah menggunakan layanan J&T Express dan aktif di media sosial TikTok. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equations Modeling dengan menggunakan program LISREL 8.8. Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa aktivitas pemasaran media sosial melalui TikTok dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan merek dan citra merek pada J&T Express. Meski demikian, loyalitas merek yang dimiliki oleh J&T Express belum dapat ditumbuhkan dari hasil pemasaran media sosial yang dilakukan melalui platform TikTok. Pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada meningkatnya kebutuhan pengganti makanan pokok, salah satunya mie instan. Mie instan Indomie mendapat kepercayaan dari masyarakat, karena diproduksi sejak lama dan sudah berlabel halal Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI). Dalam penelitian ini menguji label halal, dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian Indomie. Penelitian ini berfokus pada konsumen Indomie dengan rentan usia 18 tahun ke atas menggunakan sampel sebesar 120 sampel dengan teknik non probability sampling. Responden dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Komunikasi yang efektif merupakan persyarat bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Pengadaan penelitian ini bermaksud guna mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. \u0000Riset ini mengimplementasikan metode kuantitatif dengan tipe deskriptif kuantitatif dimana sifatnya ialah deskriptif eksplanatif. Penghimpunan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Menerapkan teknik analisis regresi berganda sebagai penganalisaan data. Populasi dalam riset ini ialah pegawai di lingkungan badan pusat statistik Kota Surabaya dengan rincian 102 responden, dimana 30 responden sebagai sasaran pengujian validitas dan 72 responden sebagai target sampelnya. This quantitative research used millennial generation (birth year 1980-2000) in Indonesia as the research population. Using purposive sampling technique, this study obtained total sample of 319 respondents. The data analysis technique used is chi-square. The results showed that there were several demographic factors related to entrepreneurial motivation, namely: gender, age group, marital status, education level, family background, and economic background. With the results of this study, policy makers can pay more attention to demographic backgrounds in developing entrepreneurial programs among the millennial generation. Aplikasi untuk pelanggan meliputi  Halaman Depan (Home), Informasi Halaman Depan, Menu Makanan Pada Halaman Menu, Pintasan Menu Pesan Langsung, dan Pintasan fitur Go Food pada Aplikasi Gojek.
