According to the structure of logistics object and the development direction of intelligent logistics technology, an intelligent distribution system of standard parts in product assembly field based on distributed intelligent vending machine is developed. To obtain the optimum design, the multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA) such as NSGA-II combined with Finite Element method (FEM) was developed to analyze the structure and to search the minimum mass and structural stress as two objective functions subject to two structural constraints, including with structural buckling and defection. Finally, the results of nondominated solutions were represented because of the trade-off between the structural mass and stress. Limited success has been achieved as more research effort is still geared towards designing a vertical plate packing cooling tower with more acceptable operating efficiency during usage. This study focused on experimental investigation of cooling tower performance of a vertical plate packing cooling tower. The tower is filled with a packed column of 150mm x 150mm x600mm high in transparent acrylic with 100m2/m3 plate packing. The experiment was performed with three different airflow velocities, 2.74m3/s, 1.95m3/s and 0.6m3/s to test the system performance and efficiency during application. It was also revealed that the cooling tower efficiency is higher at the high airflow velocity, which is 30.5% and lower at a low airflow velocity, which was 12.4%. In comparison with existing cast and wrought nickel superalloys, Rene 65 possesses improved thermo-mechanical loading properties such as; reduced cyclic fatigue, crack growth strength, creep rupture resistance, and greater ultimate yield tensile strengths. However, its behaviour during machining is still an on-going area of research. This study evaluates the machinability of this new superalloy during drilling and milling operations. Experimental cutting tests were conducted on Rene 65 to establish the machining challenges this superalloy faces. Cutting forces, tool wear and surface roughness were used to assess its machinability. Patients with periodontitis often have difficulty in maintaining oral hygiene with toothbrushes during treatment periods, especially for patients with severe conditions where brushing may cause bleeding of the gingiva and increase the chance of bacterial infection. In this study, we experimented using five rotation speeds of the bubble generator, two different nozzle diameters, and the number of nozzles was six holes to deliver micro-bubble water stream through tooth tray to clean bacteria coated on a denture. Our results showed that with various combinations of motor speed settings and pore diameters, a clearing rate of 80.99%, while in some combinations a clearing rate of 93.3% was possible. This confirmed the plaque removing function of the micro-bubble water streams. In general, nozzles with smaller diameters coupled with low-speed motor had higher cleaning efficiency. The number of holes was found to significantly influence micro-bubble dimensions, and the micro-bubble dimensions were found to have a significant impact on plaque removal. In order to suppress the chatter, this paper investigated the influence of feed speed on the chatter stability and proposed a feed speed variation method. The regenerative chatter mechanisms of two different turning operations were analyzed in detail namely orthogonal and cylindrical turning operation. This study employs the use of the Fuzzy-PID control system for the control of the rail car suspension system. The modelling and intelligent control of the suspension system was done using the Fuzzy-logic PID system and simulated in the MATLAB 2018b environment. The equations of motion was generated from the free body diagram of the railcar suspension system and the overall equation was used an input into the Fuzzy-PID control system. The optimal gains of the PID was first obtained followed by the subsequent design of the Fuzzy-logic control with tuning abilities for the PID.
