{"title":"Pemanfaatan Material Overburden Batubara Sebagai Komposit Untuk Menurunkan Logam Mn dari Air Asam Tambang Batubara","authors":"Mycelia Paradise, Edy Nursanto, Nur Khamim","doi":"10.15408/jipl.v1i1.20420","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15408/jipl.v1i1.20420","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini mempelajari tentang pemanfaatan material overburden batubara yaitu claystone, yang akan dikombinasikan dengan zeolit dan arang aktif tempurung kelapa untuk menurunkan logam Mn dalam air asam tambang batubara. Aktivasi claystone dilakukan dengan 3M NaOH, zeolit dengan 3M HCl, dan arang tempurung kelapa dengan 4M HCl. Komposit dibuat dengan mencampurkan ketiga adsorben dengan perbandingan (Claystone[C]:Zeolit[Z]:Arang aktif [A]) = 25:25:50. Hasil uji luas permukaan menunjukkan bahwa komposit memiliki luas permukaan 62,44 m2/g. Adsorpsi dilakukan dengan sistem batch menggunakan alat hot plate stirer pada variasi waktu kontak 30, 60, 90, 120, dan 150 menit. Berdasarkan hasil uji adsorpsi, 7,5 gram komposit mampu menurunkan konsentrasi Mn dengan efektivitas 43,64% dan kapasitas adsorpsi 0,445 mg/g pada waktu kontak 30 menit. This research will examine the effect of the haul road on productivity, the haul road itself has many parameters such as grade, crossslope, rolling resistance, and the material used for road construction. This research only focuses on improving rolling resistance. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of rolling resistance improvement on the productivity of the loading device. This research was conducted using the TALPAC 10.2 application. The tools used in this study were the Komatsu PC-400 loading tool and the Komatsu HD 325-5 for transportation. From the results of the TALPAC calculation, it is expected that there will be an increase in productivity and it can be seen that after the road is repaired the productivity of the Komatsu PC-400 increases from 90.96 bcm / hour to 96.89 bcm / hour. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi settling pond dengan menentukan curah hujan rencana menggunakan distribusi gumbell dan menghitung debit air limpasan dengan menggunakan metode rasional. Data curah hujan yang digunakan merupakan data 10 tahun (2010-2020). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui nilai curah hujan rencana dengan perhitungan distribusi gumbell untuk periode ulang 5 Tahun adalah 39,4 mm/jam, sehingga perhitungan dengan metode rasional diketahui Debit air limpasan adalah 13.110,98 m3/jam. Perhitungan dimensi geometri settling pond dapat menampun debit air limpasan 12.852 m3. Pada makalah ini, penulis merekomendasikan pembuatan saluran terbuka dengan membagi catchment area I dan II. Diharapkan debit air limpasan pada catchment area I yang tidak terkontaminasi oleh tumpukan batubara langsung mengalir ke sungai kecil. Dari rekomendasi tersebut memberikan nilai debit air limpasan pada catchment area II menjadi 11.001,39 m3/jam. Especially on drilling and blasting production. Good drilling also will affect the fragmentation outcome. Geometry applications have to conductbased on rock characteristics in every blasting location. In this case, correlation between burden and spacing in blasting geometry, how powder factor impact to fragmentation and also digging time excavator. The impact of change geometry blasting will result the appropriate digging time from fragmentation. PT. SIS digging time target is 12 seconds for all different classes of excavators. Hence, it is expected that the acquisition of digging time is reached. Penguapan air yang terjadi dihitung menggunkan metode Mock yang dapat menggambarkan penguapan yang terjadi setiap bulannya. Rembesan air dari ceruk ke dalam tanah diabaikan. Debit air limpasan dan penguapan akan memengaruhi neraca air pada ceruk. Neraca air digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menentukan alternatif pemompaan..
