The subject in this research is interest in buying MS Glow products online, and the objects are key opinion leader (KOL), trustworthiness, risk perception. The location of this research is Jombang Regency. The determination of this location was considered based on the widespread sales of MS Glow in Jombang Regency, for this reason the author is interested in further researching how current forms of marketing are able to influence their views or attitudes towards a brand on the market. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling and data collection used purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire where a sample of 100 respondents was taken. The type of research in this research is descriptive quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial test (T test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study show that the key opinion leader variable (X1), the trustworthiness variable (X2) and the risk perception variable (X3) partially (T Test) have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, while simultaneously (F Test) the variables key opinion leader (X1), trustworthiness variable (X2) and risk perception variable (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest (Y). The research respondents consist of 20 MSMEs that use E-walet for data processing. Data is analyzed using statistical formulas, and the research results indicate that MSMEs play a role in increasing the use of E-walet. The population in this study were all Otobox Indonesia consumers in Semarang, Central Java. The sample in this study was a portion of Otobox Indonesia Semarang consumers taken using a purposive sampling method with a total of 96 consumers. The data analysis technique applied in this research uses quantitative data analysis with the help of the AMOS version 22 application program. The results of the research analysis show that advertising content is proven to have a positive and significant influence on consumer trust values. Reviews are proven to have a positive and significant influence on consumer trust scores. Advertising content is proven to have a positive and significant influence on the value of purchasing decisions. Reviews are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the value of purchasing decisions. Consumer trust has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on the value of purchasing decisions for Otobox Indonesia products. Advertising content that is able to optimally assist producers in introducing products to consumers in a sustainable manner will encourage consumers' sense of trust in the value of responsibility on the part of producers regarding the products they offer. Thus, the sample in this study was 49 permanent employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, path analysis, t test, and F test and determinant coefficients. Based on the results of research tests conducted, it shows that the financing variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The dependency variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The motivation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is unable to mediate between motivation and employee performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan lapangan (field research) dengan turun langsung ke lapangan untuk menggali permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Data Kuantitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk angka yang dapat dihitung. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan Pembelian merupakan suatu perilaku yang mengacu pada perilaku pembelian akhir dari konsumen atau sebuah kerangka tindakan yang menjelaskan proses pemilihan alternatif berupa upaya memilih produk atau jasa yang akan dibeli yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Trend merupakan suatu gerakan yang cenderung naik turun dalam jangka waktu tertentu sedangkan Fashion merupakan konsep yang berkaitan dengan gaya yang disukai, kepribadian seseorang dan jalan waktu. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Trend Fashion merupakan suatu mode pakaian ataupun perhiasan yang populer dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan Perilaku Konsumen merupakan perilaku yang ditunjukkan konsumen dalam pencarian akan pembelian, pengevaluasian, dan penggantian produk barang dan jasa yang diharapkan dapat memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Trend Fashion dan Perilaku Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Busana Muslimah di Toko Dazzle Outfit Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen Toko Dazzle Outfit Palembang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini hanya 36 responden berdasarkan metode skala likert atau kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer serta skunder dengan sumber data berasal dari eksternal dan internal. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian melalui pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel Trend Fashion berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Perilaku Konsumen juga berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam Keputusan Pembelian. The number of samples in this study took 60 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire using the Google form. This study shows that the variable of leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance at Faperta IPB, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at Faperta IPB, leadership style has an effect on work discipline at Faperta IPB and leadership has an effect on employee performance through work discipline variables at Faperta IPB. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a grounded theory approach as a research model. Data collection was carried out by researchers by conducting semi-structured interviews, field observations, document analysis and literature studies. By conducting a SWOT analysis and a grounded theory approach, an explanation was found regarding the strategies needed to provide the best service for the implementation of regional development planning. Based on the results of the study, 14 coding forms 11 categories and simplified into 3 themes with a total score of 25. The highest score for coding is the service theme. It takes the right strategy in implementing regional development planning services in order to produce quality plans. The following research is quantitative research through the population, namely all students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The sample in the following study amounted to 100 respondents through sample assessment techniques using the formula presented by Umar. The techniques used in the following study are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression.
