The new method uses the information provid ed by the reference signals to estimate the total f requency response of the channel in two phases. In the first phase, the proposed method learns to adapt to the channel variations, and in the second phase it predicts the channel par ameters. The performance of the estimation method i n terms of complexity and quality is confirmed by theoretical analysis and simulations in an LTE/OFDMA transmissi on system. The performances of the proposed channel estimator are compared with those of least square (LS), decis ion feedback and modified Wiener methods. The simulation results show that the proposed estimator performs better t han he above estimators and it is more robust at high speed mobi lity.","PeriodicalId":376249,"journal":{"name":"J. However, LoWPAN technology is still open to being adapted to existing interoperability mechanisms defined for the Internet. Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA) is one of the key paradigms that enables the deployment of services at large-scale over the Internet domain and its integration with LoWPANs has opened new pathways for novel applications and research. Despite the need to integrate SOA with LoWPANs, only a handful efforts are underway to achieve the goal. In this paper, we discuss the integration of LoWPANs with ServiceOriented-Architecture (SOA) for seamless provisioning of services in LoWPANs, especially considering the future of LoWPANs, i.e., IPv6-enabled LoWPANs (6LoWPANs). We first present an overview about the general concepts of SOA and its applicability onto low-power devices. Then, we discuss 6LoWPAN, a milestone protocol that bridged the gap between low-power devices and the IP world and discuss the advantages, challenges and opportunities for porting SOA over LoWPANs. We also present the main research efforts that contributed to featuring the integration LoWPANs with SOA and we draw a research roadmap on potential research directions and challenges for achieving an efficient coupling among LoWPANs and SOA.","PeriodicalId":376249,"journal":{"name":"J. Most previous work has focused on mitigating external attacks on data communication by improving data encryption and integrity techniques. In this paper, we present a novel anonymization-based framework (Stenog-Shell) that focuses on internal attacks on breached emails and stolen removable storage devices (i.e., the attacks from the insiders of an organization who have full awareness and even access to the targeted data). We also propose a novel scheme to disguise the file's identity based on stenography. To evaluate our approach, we implemented our Stenog-Shell prototype and tested it with a realistic application in both emails and removable storage devices environments. Our results indicate that our Stenog-Shell prototype can effectively support several file formats with low memory usage and high performance.","PeriodicalId":376249,"journal":{"name":"J.
