In diesem Beitrag wird eine Planungsmethode vorgestellt, die mit dezentralen Modulen eine unternehmensübergreifende Optimierung der Fertigungskosten ermöglicht. Zusätzlich werden Unsicherheiten durch Modellfehler sowie externe Einflüsse in die Methode eingebunden. Dadurch wird eine kollaborative Planung umgesetzt, die zu robusten Ergebnissen führt.   Planning of manufacturing process chains across companies is a great challenge due to technological interdependencies. This paper presents a planning method enabling cross-company manufacturing cost optimization with decentralized modules. In addition, uncertainties due to model errors as well as external factors made are integrated into the method. Diese Technologie wurde jedoch bisher lediglich für die Herstellung zylindrischer oder konischer Rumpfsegmente eingesetzt. In dieser Arbeit soll das Polygon-Formen für die Herstellung sphärischer Segmente erweitert werden. Polygon forming of large structural components for the aerospace industry brings numerous advantages compared to conventional forming processes, such as lower material stresses and fewer pre- and post-processing steps. So far, this technology has only been used for the production of cylindrical or conical fuselage segments. Daher wird in diesem Beitrag ein universell einsetzbares System zur Messung und Erfassung von Halbzeug- und Werkzeugtemperaturen, Schmiedekräften und dem Stempelhub vorgestellt. Anhand eines exemplarischen Demonstratorprozesses wird aufgezeigt, wie 10 kHz hochauflösend aufgezeichnete Daten eines einzelnen Hubs sowie einer ganzen Schmiedeserie für weitere Analysen genutzt werden können. The acquisition of data during the hot forging process is currently a major challenge. Therefore, this paper presents a universally applicable system for measuring and recording the temperatures of the billet and dies, forging forces and stroke paths. Aufgrund bisher fehlender simulativer Untersuchungen wurden die Bearbeitungsparameter für diesen Prozess meist aufwendig experimentell ermittelt. Mit Analogieversuchen, die den zugrunde liegenden Prozess weitestgehend abdecken und mit viel geringerem Aufwand durchgeführt werden können, kann dies effizienter gestaltet werden. Der Beitrag untersucht, wie diese Versuche durch künstliche Intelligenz (KI) unterstützt und sich die Anzahl notwendiger Versuche reduzieren lassen.   The cutting process of semi-finished products by means of band saws is often the first step in producing parts. So far, the lack of simulative investigations usually meant that machining parameters for this process had to be determined experimentally at great expense. This can be done more efficiently by means of analogy tests. They cover most of the underlying process and are more easily executed. Selten lassen sich digitale Prozessketten bei einem KMU auf der „grünen Wiese“ implementieren, da die dafür notwendige Infrastruktur meist nicht vorhanden ist. Aus diesem Grund wurde der „Brownfield-Ansatz“ mit dem Ziel verfolgt, Studierenden und Unternehmen der Branche die Möglichkeit zu geben, „Connectivity“-Technologien an Bestands- und Neuanlagen zu erforschen.   The IfW of the University of Stuttgart has implemented the digital networking of a heterogeneous machine park with existing and new machines from different manufacturers in the test field for wood and composite material processing. With necessary infrastructure not being available, implementing a digital process chain at an SME on a „greenfield“ is rarely possible. Basierend auf den Lean-Verschwendungsarten werden in diesem Beitrag sogenannte Ressourcenverschwendungsarten erarbeitet, die typische Stellen der Verschwendung von Ressourcen in produzierenden Unternehmen klassifizieren. Diese können als Grundlage dienen, um geeignete Maßnahmen zur Eliminierung von Ressourcenverschwendung umzusetzen.   With a view to recent developments in the climate crisis, it is important to avoid unnecessary resource consumption in production. Based on lean waste types, this article identifies so-called resource waste types that summarize typical points of resource waste in manufacturing companies. Im Nachfolgenden wird dieser Themenkomplex erläutert und eine Analysemöglichkeit vorgestellt.   The User Needs Assessment tool UNA is an analytical tool to capture human needs. Human needs are rarely considered in industrial practice, a fact that is often detrimental to the introduction of automatization or of artificial intelligence techniques and may lead to considerable discontent among employees. Wie Building Information Modeling in die digitale Fabrik eingeordnet und in Unternehmen eingeführt werden kann, wird in diesem Beitrag vorgestellt.   The environment of manufacturing companies in Germany is considered to be increasingly turbulent. The capicity of companies to react and adapt to new market conditions plays a decisive role. Increasingly relevant for implementing the necessary adjustments is the use of digital methods, models and tools in factory planning.
