Social communication has always been an area of careful analysis and in-depth debate by those interested in the theory and practice of the functionality of social organizations. Moreover, the interest and concern of inducing certain types of communication are evident in all stages of social evolution, regardless of spatio-temporal location. The organization, leadership and development of modern society are be possible without the existence and contribution of science as a fundamental way of knowledge, with its own components: hypotheses, concepts, laws, principles, theories and models. When looking at general science, particularly at communication sciences, organizational communication occupies a distinct place, determined by the object of study, the categorical apparatus, but also by the specific ways in which the research methodologies of the study field are used. The underlying issue of organizational communication is not just about hiring managers or engaging them in the communication process, but whether they communicate well or unsatisfactorily. The entire management process and, implicitly, the network of relationships that arise within it, are supported by human communication. Achieving the objectives of the organization depends mainly on the quantity, quality, structure, and timeliness of the information transmitted, i.e. interpersonal communication. Starting from the idea that human resources represent a strategic pattern in the current management, the specialists in the field agree with the fact that this will be the main target on which the attention of the competing market will be focused in the future. Therefore, communication is the key to success for every organization in order to achieve the goals set and increase labor productivity.","PeriodicalId":375995,"journal":{"name":"Strategii si politici de management in economia contemporana","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132256424","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The reason for this kind of concern was the cooperation of these people with foreign military (primarily from the United States and other NATO countries), who were in Afghanistan from 2001 to 2021. According to members and supporters of the Taliban movement, foreign soldiers were occupiers who illegally attacked Afghanistan and occupied it against the will of the Afghan people, and all these years the Afghan people for the most part provided armed resistance to their presence (waging a liberation jihad against the invaders). The United States and other Western states, retreating under the onslaught of the Taliban from Afghan cities, promised, together with their soldiers, to evacuate from Afghanistan all Afghan citizens who collaborated with the armed forces and intelligence services of NATO countries, but in reality, not everyone could leave Afghan territory with evacuation flights. This article presents the results of a study on the problem of reintegration of non-evacuated Afghans into the Afghan labor market, and also analyzes the role they can play in achieving the sustainable development goals of post-war Afghanistan.","PeriodicalId":375995,"journal":{"name":"Strategii si politici de management in economia contemporana","volume":"5 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120970292","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To reshape intra-organisational, inter-organisational and inter-state interaction, the most effective way is to apply the solutions offered by technical-scientific progress, such as artificial intelligence (AI), which is already being used in many spheres and for companies this involves the digitisation of activities which is one of today's most transformative forces as it changes the way we operate and live in ways that no one could have foreseen a few decades ago. The benefits of digitisation lie in the ability to make more accurate calculations, control processes with precision, increase speed and efficiency and reduce costs, and today's manufacturing processes are becoming more digitised than ever. The aim of the research involves conceptual analysis of digitisation and Artificial Intelligence, their interaction and forms of application. Research methods: analysis of various opinions on the concepts of digitisation and Artificial Intelligence, comparison, synthesis of information. The results include a synthesis of opinions on the concepts described, advantages and disadvantages, benefits and dangers of applying Artificial Intelligence.","PeriodicalId":375995,"journal":{"name":"Strategii si politici de management in economia contemporana","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121028142","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
