Given the active implementation of information and communication technologies, social networks, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and rapid economic development, companies can not stay out of progress, and are forced to change business practices, implement digitalization, automate processes. The aim of the article is to study the benefits and directions of the impact of digital technologies on business structures. To achieve this goal, a review of the scientific literature and reports of international companies that studied the impact of IT technologies on enterprises was conducted. It is established that the concepts of digital economy and digital transformation do not have a well-established definition at this time. The business goals that the company plans to achieve in the process of digitalization are systematized. The article identifies the areas of focus in digital transformation. The article systemizes the goals of digital transformation, which are carried out in the direction of changing the strategy, the transformation of business processes, the introduction of intelligent systems and cloud technologies, the transfer of employees to remote working conditions. In the sales sector, which is currently characterized by the existence of a very wide range of products, by tough competition, but also by the existence of a consumer with a developed mentality, who shows increased requirements, for a company to develop a prosperous business, it is essential that it implements the latest sales methods and techniques through which it could better highlight its product. Merchandising is the right tool, which is currently a key tool for promoting the sales of a store. The purpose of the article is to extend the theoretical and practical approaches to the importance and effectiveness of merchandising in the sales promotion process. The article will reveal the essence of the merchandising process, will present the importance, the forms of manifestation and the indicators through which the results of the implementation of this process can be calculated. It is proposed implementation methods specific to the Terranova brand, to manifest this process. Among the first negative effects we can mention: difficulties encountered by companies in executing contracts, some of them had to send their employees into technical unemployment and, worst of all, some had even stopped their activity. In this context, states around the world have been forced to take concrete steps to help companies and guide them through a prompt action plan. This article analyzes the measures to support the business environment in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic undertaken by some EU member states, as well as by the Government of the Republic of Moldova. To counteract the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, European states have provided significant sums to support companies in difficulty and, in addition, have applied other measures aimed at minimizing the risk of an economic crisis (deferment of taxes, non-collection of interest and delays, temporary tax cuts, measures for the most affected sectors, technical unemployment). It is an innovative approach to integrating youth into today’s changing labour markets. In the paper, the author presents the problems of functioning of entrepreneurship for young people, which are identified in the modern scientific literature, but also the results of their own research conducted among young people. It is established that the aggression of the Russian Federation and the beginning of the war with Ukraine affected all key aspects of the life of the Ukrainian people and shook the entire civilized world. Numerous bombings of the Black Sea coast, which houses the largest number of Ukrainian tourism facilities, have preserved the work of hospitality enterprises and forced management to make decisions not to open the tourist season in many areas, and catastrophic business losses. Theoretically, Ukraine is a tourist attractive country and has all the opportunities for the development of domestic tourism as a priority sector of the economy. In the Strategy for the Development of Tourism and Resorts for the period up to 2026, the field of tourism is identified as one of the main industries that affect the general state and trends of the world economy. As this area is related to the activities of more than 50 industries, its development contributes to employment, diversification of the national economy, preservation and development of cultural potential, preservation of environmentally friendly environment, and contributes to the harmonization of relations between different countries and peoples. Ukraine is located in the center of Europe and has all the conditions for proper economic development through tourism, but lags far behind the world's leading countries in terms of tourism infrastructure and quality of tourism services, which is why a key aspect of hotel development is the construction of new hospitality. Examples of foreign countries, namely Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Egypt and Israel in the direction of development and restoration of the tourism industry in the postwar and war periods are studied. Ways of management of the enterprises of sphere of tourism in Ukraine for the purpose of development and stabilization of financial indicators are analyzed. The dependence of universities on the contingent and budget funding allocated for the current year does not create the preconditions for long-term planning. However, the new paradigm of university functioning, transformation processes in HEIs, the crisis caused by Covid-19 and the war in Ukraine require a rethinking of approaches to financial planning. These processes will negatively affect budget funding, universities are forced to find other sources of funding to ensure financial stability and strategic directions of development. University management must respond quickly to challenges and implement effective financial management aimed at ensuring the financial stability of HEIs in both the current and strategic period, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic. The aim of the article is to identify challenges and opportunities for strategic funding for university planning. The research used such methods as analysis and synthesis to identify and systematize the challenges and opportunities of universities in the implementation of strategic planning; hypothesis for determining the impact of financial planning on the achievement of university strategy; a systematic approach to summarize the results of the study. The sensory reflections that define the term company image are characterized by quality, price, product availability, trust, level of service, company history, company reputation, and possibly advertising, which even if it does not have an influence on production quality or price, can shape a presentation of the product and the company to the final consumer. Any company that has interacted with certain stakeholders (e.g., consumers), has communicated its image and the consumer has made their conclusions. Thus, the effort and investment involved in image formation and enhancement is more than justified by the negative effect the image can have when the company does not give attention and importance to this aspect. Utilizarea acestuia are un mare potential, cu impact pozitiv în situațiile în care companiile îl implementează cu suficientă prudență. În aceast articol s-au analizat avantajele și dezavantajele aplicațiilor IA în serviciile financiare: precum și impactul acestora asupra băncilor din Republica Moldova. De asemenea am analizat impactul asupra forței de muncă, și necesitatea revizuirea pregătirii specialiștilor în acest domeniu. The use of the PPP system leads to attracting additional investments in infrastructure development and modernization of fixed assets in various industries, as well as increasing the efficiency of management processes. The problem with implementing investment projects refers to unforeseen situations that may affect the performance of investments. And during the implementation process, certain types of risks may affect its effectiveness. Therefore, a sustainable contractual structure with a commercially acceptable risk distribution will be a decisive factor in financing infrastructure development.
