The target sound, which arrives from the front of the array, forms vertical stripes in the image. Therefore, its spectral components are perfectly localized as direct current (DC) components along the spatial frequency axis in the 2D-FFT spectrum. In this study, noise suppression was performed by spectral subtraction after the DC components of noise were instantaneously estimated from the spectrum using artificial neural networks. As a result, the performance of the proposed method with a 14-cm-long array was comparable to that of the conventional delay and sum beamformer method with an approximately 5-m-long array.","PeriodicalId":375852,"journal":{"name":"2018 5th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114208189","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Also, the Doppler Center Frequency is a very important parameter for spaceborne SAR signal processing. The more decrease of residual Doppler Center Frequency, the more convenience to SAR image formation. In this paper, the expression of Doppler Center Frequency is given after the analysis of the geometry of spaceborne SAR imaging. It considered the elliptical orbit and the pitch steering angle. For the sake of minimizing the Doppler Center Frequency, a new 2 dimensional (2D) attitude steering method-New Zero Doppler Steering, is suggested through the analysis of the expression. The new method can minimize the residual Doppler Centroid to absolutely zero Hz, and if all the satellites in the formation applying this method, the beam synchronization of the system can be realized and the common Doppler spectrum of tow images is maximal. The computer simulation results prove the validity of the method and show that the accuracy of New Zero Doppler Steering method is better than the Total Zero Doppler Steering theoretically. The New Zero Doppler Steering method can be applied to the future spaceborne SAR and formation flying satellite InSAR system.","PeriodicalId":375852,"journal":{"name":"2018 5th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132134423","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generally, the first are sensitive to compound changes including illumination, face expression and pose, but have low-dimensional features. Relatively, the second have high-dimensional features but better robustness to compound changes. Making full use of their advantages, this paper proposes a face recognition framework with subspace learning based on local texture patterns. Then, two face recognition methods, which adopt discriminant analysis from two different local texture patterns, are derived from the proposed framework. Lastly, the experimental results on AR database and CAS-PEAL-R1 database show that two proposed face recognition methods gain higher average optimal correct recognition rates than several traditional methods, and much lower dimensional features than traditional local texture methods, which verify the effectiveness of two methods derived from the proposed framework. Therefore, the proposed framework is effective and worth extending.","PeriodicalId":375852,"journal":{"name":"2018 5th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132368565","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is identifying information sources of the diffusion process. However, most existing algorithms have limited performance due to various reasons, therefore the application is limited. We propose an approach, namely Quantum Walk based Source Detection (QWSD), to identify the source nodes based on the continuous-time quantum walk (CTQW). The continuous-time quantum walk can be utilized to simulate the diffusion process. Therefore, we utilize the reversed quantum walk to reverse the diffusion, thus revealing the probability for a node to be a source node. It is the first time that the continuous-time quantum walk is applied to the source detection problem. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our algorithm outperforms other source detection algorithms on both synthetic datasets and real-world datasets.","PeriodicalId":375852,"journal":{"name":"2018 5th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121929036","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, many researches have showed that there are some irregular differences between the teaching time regularities of different teachers and the standard teaching time prescribed by the school. In order to solve the problem more efficiently, a novel evaluation indicator system of teaching is proposed based on the large-scale multimedia teaching data about college multimedia teaching courses. Specifically, we firstly construct a teaching evaluation model based on PT (Point of Time) and LT (Length of Time), which explores the data information of the start-point and the end-point of teacher's classroom teaching completely. And then the RC(Residual Calculation) method is utilized to compare the vector fitting between teachers' behavior data and class standard data, since RC evaluation can effectively offer the data representations of teaching behavior. Therefore, the proposed evaluation indicator system of teaching provides an objective reference for the management of teaching time in colleges.","PeriodicalId":375852,"journal":{"name":"2018 5th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129180766","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main differences between social and traditional media platforms are “Real-time news release” and “cross-platform extensions Contents posted on social media platforms require speed and richness. Therefore, web news editors find it relatively difficult to write an article with good title in a short time that attracts audience to click in and read through. The photovoltaic DC boost integration and grid-connected system (PV-HVDC) is composed of DC boost converter and modular multi-level converter(MMC). Input-parallel and output-series(IPOS) connected DC/DC converter is adapted to increase the output voltage of PV plants. As there are multiple operation modes of the system, the DC/DC converter should be controlled coordinately to assure stable operation of system. A communication-less coordinated control strategy that the DC boost converter can switches the control mode according to the variation of DC bus voltage is proposed in this paper. When the error between the DC bus voltage and the rated value exceeds the dead zone, DC boost switches to constant output voltage mode, and the stability of DC bus voltage can be maintained. In addition, an output voltage sharing control strategy is designed for the IPOS connected converter to achieve coordinated and stable operation between sub modules. The proposed control strategy is evaluated based on time-domain simulation studies in PSCAD using a 1MW PV-HVDC system. The results show that the proposed strategy enables the stable operation of the system in various conditions.","PeriodicalId":375852,"journal":{"name":"2018 5th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122743361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
