The emphasis is shifting towards the growth of qualifications and professional skills of the workforce, which necessitates the assessment and provision of conditions for the full formation and reproduction of their labor capital. The reproduction of labor capital occurs at the expense of targeted investments, which have a cyclical-wave character, starting from the initiation stage and ending with the process of evaluating the result obtained. Such an approach to assessing the cycle of reproduction of labor capital requires the development of a system of indicators for its evaluation at each stage of its formation. The article substantiates the application of the concept of a cyclic-wave approach to the study and analysis of labor capital and offers a methodological approach that allows you to cover each stage of the life cycle of labor capital reproduction, to evaluate it, both at the stage of investment and at the stage of their payback. The novelty of the presented article consists in the systematization of groups of indicators of labor capital, which allow to identify and evaluate the stages of its reproductive life cycle Practical approbation of the author's approach to assessing and identifying the life cycle of labor capital is based on the example of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of labor resources in Russia. The purpose of performing the whole range of works: monitoring the professional and qualification sphere in order to analyze data on vacancies and resumes collected from open sources (Work in Russia, HeadHunter, SuperJob) to study the dynamics and structure of their distribution by areas of professional activity «food industry», as well as an analysis of the requirements of employers for the positions of employees in the labor market using Big Data analytics technologies. Due to the significant volume and complexity of the initial data, the entire scope of work was carried out using the Big Data analysis infrastructure deployed on a computing cluster. Apache Spark, Apache Flume were used as the main software packages for creating the infrastructure. To update the information with the reference book of professions, machine learning methods were used, including models prepared on the general and specialized corpora of texts in Russian, using the vector representation of words and expressions. Central banks of different countries have asked the question of the need to issue a digital national currency using blockchain technology. The Central Bank of Russia is also planning to issue a digital ruble. The appearance of the digital ruble among economic entities raises many questions about their assessment, reflection on accounts, and application in practice. The article presents the rationale for the introduction of the digital ruble, the feasibility of step-by-step testing of practical use in order to identify weaknesses in the country's payment turnover. A study was carried out to identify the attitude of Russian citizens to the introduction of the digital ruble into the country's payment turnover, taking into account factors such as education level and age The practical application of the results of the research presented in the article is possible provided that an appropriate legislative framework is formed that could create a regulatory structure for various types of digital financial assets in a rapidly changing world. In a general sense, most economists combine the designated component into a single category - health, on which the activity, education and professional development of its carrier depend. The formed health capital acts today as the foundation for the development of the human capital of the individual and the entire nation, respectively, its constant reproduction of vital is necessary for the economy of any country. Reproduction of health capital is, first of all, an investment process that has a cyclical-wave character, starting from the initiation stage and ending with the process of evaluating the result obtained. Such an approach to assessing the cycle of reproduction of health capital requires the development of a system of indicators for its assessment at each stage of its formation.
