The PDT monitoring in Iraqi quarters is implemented automated and informs the control center of the failed transformer by those who live there. This paper offers a suggested automated system for transformers of power distribution for Iraqi neighborhoods based on Zigbee and sensor technology. This paper included a study for different areas in Baghdad and Diyala, which would fit them into the appropriate Zigbee topology network including special cases of so-called PDT-friendly, long-lasting configuration along with streets and rivers.Work includes the analysis of the key configuration /topology parameters in order to find the most appropriately selected setup if multiple configurations can be implemented for the same quarter. The system suggested includes how PDT quarter parameters could be transmitted from the Zigbee Coordinator Device (ZCD) to the monitoring center within or outside the quarter. A monitoring screen was suggested and implemented in the monitoring center.","PeriodicalId":374702,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Engineering Conference “Research & Innovation amid Global Pandemic\" (IEC)","volume":"139 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115990739","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the absence of any such information in a systematic form for Erbil city, this study has been conducted as attempt to obtain the needed data on flow, speed and density and to find the relationships among these three parameters. Travel time, travel speed and delay due to traffic interaction data are also needed to evaluate the existing levels of service which is necessary for transportation planning and economic analysis, to be done in this field. This study presents a general picture of traffic flow in terms of magnitude, daily and hourly variations with directional distribution for several road sections selected in Erbil City; 30-M Ring Road (Sawaf Mosque), 30-M Ring Road (Tairawa), Kirkuk Road, Gullan Road, 100- M Ring Road and Kasnazan Road. Data collection carried out by video camera is used for speed and volume measurements during which 720 observations were collected using video camera. To develop the relationships between each pair of flow type variables, namely speed, flow and density software was applied. The range of flow was between 900 and 5600 pc/hr and space mean speed was between 9 and 89km/hr for video camera, for all locations at study site.","PeriodicalId":374702,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Engineering Conference “Research & Innovation amid Global Pandemic\" (IEC)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115764330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The features are extracted from a bank of images before and after applying some noise bases like Gaussian, Salt & Pepper, Speckle and the Poison on the images. The Signal to Noise Ratio and Mean Absolute Error were used as quality criteria to determine the noise consequence. The results showed that the Mode feature has an enormous rule in thermal images comparing to the regular images. However, the analysis display that the Homogeneity feature, which belongs to Texture features type, is the most affected feature after the types of noise are applied. On the other hand, the speckle noise showed the most impact on thermal image features compared to the regular images.","PeriodicalId":374702,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Engineering Conference “Research & Innovation amid Global Pandemic\" (IEC)","volume":"106 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115764666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The new approach utilizes GIS to effectively constraint the search area to a corridor instead of the whole through the generation of a path so called “Least Cost Path (LCP)”. Then the GA model, in an integrated process with the GIS model, searches the corridor for the alignment solution. The GA search is based on manipulating the defined station points along the generated LCP within the corridor space only where data and information are exchanged in real time between the two models. The search with GIS-GA model showed significant improvements in terms of solution quality and processing time compared with the previously developed GA model by AL-Hadad (2011). Further studies are recommended to include vertical highway alignment for three dimensional solutions. The results show that the proposed model can effectively optimize highway alignments in an area combining complex terrain and containing various land-use patterns, and provide detailed information of optimized alignments as a model output. The results of this study clearly showed the applicability and the potential of using GIS as an assistant tool in preliminary route location configuration.","PeriodicalId":374702,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Engineering Conference “Research & Innovation amid Global Pandemic\" (IEC)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114710299","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Neutrophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, and basophils in common are the five specific types of white blood cells. Each class receives a different proportion and typically performs various cognitive functions. It is significant for monitoring patients' health and awareness of the health to be capable of distinguishing and therefore recognizing these various constituents. The discoloration procedure and visual examination for raw images obtained merely are repetitive and based on human errors under the standard microscope. Besides, the distinct lack of training samples investing in white blood cells' spatial differences, such that suitable classification methods can make assumptions effectively, is a significant challenge. Blood cells are correctly examined in a clinical diagnosis through experienced clinicians from potential patients' epithelial cell samples. This considerable research primarily focuses on the morphological characteristics and features of white blood cells and their nuclei and cytoplasm, including forms, proportions, shades, textures, phases of maturity, and staining processes. The proposed method can be appropriately implemented in four stages: segmentation, scanning, feature extraction, and blood cell classification. Next, the cell images are segmented, including the social categorization of white blood cells into specific clusters. The second distinct stage typically includes each segmented image being carefully scanned and the dataset being adequately prepared. The third necessary step is carefully extracting the modern form and complex texture from a scanned image. Typically apply various machine learning algorithms at the final stage (Backpropagation (BP), Multilayer Perceptron (MP), and Support Vector Machine (SVM).","PeriodicalId":374702,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Engineering Conference “Research & Innovation amid Global Pandemic\" (IEC)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114765799","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
