The influence of the modulator bias was analyzed. The third order intermodulation products suppression on more than 20 dB was experimentally demonstrated. For its implementation, an analysis of the methods was carried out and tomogram visualization algorithms were developed. Various contrast optimization methods have been investigated. A study of new multimodal agents based on magnetic nanoparticles was conducted. The prospects of using these substances as negative contrasting agents in MRI diagnostics were evaluated. RRAM has fascinated researchers due to its simple structure, lower switching voltages, high density, fast switching speeds and feasible integration into CMOS processing. Transition-Metal-Oxides have been shown to be brilliant materials for RRAM applications. Among them ZnO is one the most promising materials owing to its being fab-friendly feature, having dielectric constant (k=10). A thin film of ZnO was deposited on ITO coated glass substrate by RF sputtering using radio frequency of 13.5 Mhz and Ar as carrier gas where the substrate to target distance is 7cm and Substrate rotation is 10 rpm. The RF power is 100W. The deposition rate is 0.2-0.3 A°/S. Thickness of the ZnO film was determined to be 100 nm by Rutherford backscattering using 2 MeV alpha particles from Pelletron accelerator. The I-V characteristics of the above sample was performed by using probe station (two probe mode) with pressure contact made of W metal using Keithley 6517b electrometer at IUAC, Delhi. Firstly, one single antenna is optimized then bottom-up optimization (BUO) method has been implemented by increasing the number of single antennas, sequentially. The proposed method leads to automatically find an optimal array by setting the distance between single antennas. The optimization method is performed in an automated environment with the help of an electronic design automation (EDA) tool and a numerical analyzer. The results of the final design have been compared by means of two EDA tools such as ADS and HFSS. The optimized array antenna works in the frequency band from 12.9 GHz to 14.3 GHz. It offers a linear gain performance higher than 7.5 dB. This microstrip VCO is implemented in hybrid technology and has a tuning octave range from 6 GHz to 12 GHz. The measured characteristics of a prototype VCO were compared with the results of modeling carried out both in AXIEM, Analyst electromagnetic simulation (EM) simulators and in the Microwave Office (MWO) circuit schematic simulation environment. The main emphasis in these requirements is on the repeatability of the parameters of the output pulses. In the case of operation at the peak power of the laser diode, if only a short-term excess of the upper range of the permissible current is reached, damage or failure of the laser diode is unavoidable. As the laser diode is used, its characteristics gradually impair - the radiation power decreases and, in the end, it fails. This is due to the gradual destruction of the structure of the laser diode Similarly, this includes the versatility of the housing and the efficiency of the power source. The power source monitors the power supplied and the necessary protection of expensive laser diode arrays using functions such as soft start and temperature protection. The relevance of using pulse-phase radio navigation systems as an alternative to satellite is substantiated. The design features of receivers operating on the basis of pulsed-phase radio navigation systems for various types of navigation equipment of consumers are considered. The influence of interference on signal reception and methods of dealing with them are considered. The main types of operating modes of receivers as part of consumer equipment are studied. The choice of a “quasidifferential” mode for working on the signals of pulse-phase radio navigation systems is justified. Based on the mathematical analysis, an algorithm has been developed for processing signals of a pulse-phase radio navigation system in a quasi-differential mode using signals from global navigation satellite systems. An experimental assessment of the developed algorithm is given. These methods are based on modified direct localization method. We analyze methods in the presence of phase distortions, which can be caused both by the specifics of the satellite transponder equipment and by the peculiarities of the physical propagation channel. We consider multiple measurements on the analysis interval, dividing it on sufficiently small partial intervals to ensure a small phase change over these intervals. The paper analyzes the efficiency of the methods with ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ decisions for different values of signal attenuation in the adjacent channels and two values of the signal-to-noise ratio in the primary channel. The behavior of both gold layer and PMMA film is found to depend on the kind of ions used. Small doses of molecular ions flatten the gold layer. It rapidly splits into nanoparticles with a dose increase. Monatomic P ion irradiation transforms the gold layer into nanoparticles at all doses. This process is less effective that was found for ion-beam-induced Au layer dewetting on the SiO2 substrate. Healing of nanopores in the PMMA under PF4 ion bombardment is observed.
