Mazurin","doi":"10.20537/2076-7633-2023-15-3-675-690","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20537/2076-7633-2023-15-3-675-690","url":null,"abstract":"In our research, we focus on the problem of classification for silent speech recognition to develop a brain– computer interface (BCI) based on electroencephalographic (EEG) data, which will be capable of assisting people with mental and physical disabilities and expanding human capabilities in everyday life. Our previous research has shown that the silent pronouncing of some words results in almost identical distributions of electroencephalographic signal data. Such a phenomenon has a suppressive impact on the quality of neural network model behavior. This paper proposes a data processing technique that distinguishes between statistically remote and inseparable classes in the dataset. Applying the proposed approach helps us reach the goal of maximizing the semantic load of the dictionary used in BCI. Furthermore, we propose the existence of a statistical predictive criterion for the accuracy of binary classification of the words in a dictionary. Such a criterion aims to estimate the lower and the upper bounds of classifiers’ behavior only by measuring quantitative statistical properties of the data (in particular, using the Kolmogorov– Smirnov method). We show that higher levels of classification accuracy can be achieved by means of applying the proposed predictive criterion, making it possible to form an optimized dictionary in terms of semantic load for the EEG-based BCIs. Алгоритм учитывает перемещение и вращение тел по заданному закону движения. Алгоритм применен для исследования обтекания бесконечной решетки, составленной из цилиндров с эллиптическим сечением, которые либо перемещаются поперек потока, либо вращаются с изменением угла атаки. Для моделирования обтекания тел с острой кромкой, характерных для профилей турбомашин, реализован алгоритм построения сетки типа С с включением некоторой области за профилем. Программа моделирования течения около профиля реализована в рамках моделей уравнений Эйлера, уравнений Навье –Стокса в приближении тонкого слоя с ламинарной вязкостью и турбулентной вязкостью в рамках алгебраической модели вязкости. Также программа была адаптирована для решения задач внутренней газодинамики турбомашин. Для этого была изменена методика задания граничных условий на входе и выходе из расчетной области со скорости на перепад давления, а также на боковых границах со свободного потока на периодичность. Это позволило моделировать течение газа в межлопаточных каналах компрессоров и турбин газотурбинных двигателей. Для отработки алгоритма были проведены серии расчетов аэродинамических параметров нескольких турбинных решеток на различных дозвуковых и сверхзвуковых режимах и их сравнение с экспериментом. Расчеты параметров турбинных решеток были проведены в рамках модели невязкого и вязкого газа. Сравнение расчета и эксперимента проводилось по распределению параметров газа около профиля, а также по потерям энергии потока в решетке. Расчеты показали применимость и корректность работы программы для решения данного класса задач. Для тестирования программы на задачах внешней дозвуковой аэродинамики были выполнены расчеты аэродинамических характеристик изолированного аэродинамического профиля в невозмущенном потоке. В модели мир разбит на 19 регионов по географическому принципу согласно классификации Организации объединенных наций. Внутреннее развитие регионов описывается уравнениями разностного типа для демографических и экономических индикаторов, таких как численность населения, валовой продукт, валовое накопление. Межрегиональные взаимодействия представляют собой агрегированные торговые потоки от региона к региону и описываются регрессионными уравнениями. В качестве регрессоров использовались время, валовой продукт экспортера и валовой продукт импортера. Рассматривалось четыре типа: временная парная регрессия — зависимость торгового потока от времени, экспортная функция — зависимость доли торгового потока в валовом продукте экспортера от валового продукта импортера, импортная функция — зависимость доли торгового потока в валовой продукции импортера от валового продукта экспортера, множественная регрессия — зависимость торгового потока от валовых продуктов экспортера и импортера. Для каждого типа применялось два вида функциональной зависимости: линейная и логарифмически-линейная, всего исследовано восемь вариантов торгового уравнения. Проведено сравнение качества регрессионных моделей по коэффициенту детерминации. Расчеты показывают, что модель удовлетворительно аппроксимирует динамику монотонно меняющихся показателей. Проанализирована динамика немонотонных торговых потоков, для их аппроксимации предложено три вида функциональной зависимости от времени. Показано, что с 10%-й погрешностью множество внешнеторговых рядов может быть приближено пространством семи главных компонент.
