Aedes Aegypti is a species of tropical and sutropic mosquito found on earth. Aedes Aegypti is one of the most efficient mosquito vectors for arboviruses, because this mosquito is very anthropophilic and lives near humans and often lives indoors. Basil (Ocimum sanctum Linn) is a plant that is widely known by the Indonesian people. Basil contains flavonoid compounds and saponins. Flavonoids and saponins can be used as insecticides and larvicides. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of basil leaf extract on the death of Aedes Aegypti larvae in RT 03 RW 03, Citamiang District, Citamiang Village, Sukabumi City in 2018. This type of research is an experiment with doses of 10ml, 15ml, 20ml and 25ml with 4 repetitions. The population used was 250 Aedes Aegypti larvae, each filled with 10 individuals in each container and taken from RT 03 RW 03, Citamiang District, Citamiang Village, Sukabumi City in 2018. The data analysis used was Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis using SPSS. From the results of the Univariate Analysis research, the most effective death of Aedes aegypti larvae at a dose of 25 ml was 36 larvae. And the results of the Bivariate Analysis calculations obtained a P-Value value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus showing that there was an influence of Basil Leaf Extract (Ocimum Sanctum Linn) on the death of Aedes aegypti larvae RT 03 RW 03 Citamiang District, Citamiang Village, Sukabumi City in 2018. It is recommended for future researchers to use a larger number of larvae so that the data obtained is more representative. These ingredients can be toxic or allergic. This study aims to determine the factors that can cause the incidence of irritant contact dermatitis in fish traders. This research was conducted in January – February 2024 using a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 65 people obtained using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection uses questionnaires and examinations by health workers. The data analysis method uses the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between age (p= 0.002), personal hygiene (p= 0.005), length of exposure (p= 0.005), use of PPE (p= 0.001), and provision of clean water (p= 0.004) with the incidence of contact dermatitis to fish traders. One of its uses is as a biopesticide (larvicide). Clove leaves contain toxic substances for insects such as several chemical compounds eugenol, saponins, flavonoids and tannins.This research is an experiment, in terms of the aim of this research it is classified as verification research with the aim of determining the effect of clove leaf extract (Syzygium Aromaticum) dosage on the death of Culex Sp mosquito larvae. In this study, 5 containers were used, each container contained 10 larvae out of 150 larvae, 4 containers were given clove leaf extract at a dose of 5ml, 10ml, 15ml and 20ml in 1 container as a control (without treatment). The data obtained was tested using the Anova test.Data from statistical analysis research between 0 milli control (without treatment) with a calculated F value of 7.867 and this significant value is smaller than α=0.05, so the research hypothesis is accepted, meaning that with 3 repetitions with doses of 5ml, 10ml, 15ml and 20ml there is a significant effect in killing Culex Sp larvae. The research results show; (1) There is a significant influence of work discipline on employee work productivity at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The obtained tcount value > ttable or 8.361 > 1,697 with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if work discipline increases by 0,403, it will increase the work productivity of Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru employees by 7,211 constantly. (2) There is a significant influence of the work environment on employee work productivity at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The work environment variable has a calculated tcount value > ttable or 6,873 > 1,697 with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if the work environment increases by 0,757, it will increase employee productivity at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru by 5,085 constantly. (3) There is an influence of work discipline and work environment on employee work productivity at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru.
