The calculation program for the data processing method of the two-factor accelerated storage test of pyrotechnics is developed, and the advantages and disadvantages of two calculation methods are compared. Using the test data of an electric explosive device under different temperature and humidity accelerated storage conditions, the model parameters are calculated, and its two-factor acceleration coefficient is obtained. The results show that the multi-group data fitting method in the temperature and humidity two-factor accelerated storage test data processing algorithm is more compatible with the test data than the single-group data calculation method. In this paper, the relationship between transformer winding deformation degree and short-circuit reactance variation is discussed by electromagnetic calculation method. Through the electromagnetic calculation of transformer leakage reactance, the specific expression of winding reactance is given, which shows that transformer winding deformation will inevitably lead to the change of short-circuit reactance. LOI is designed based on the advantages of several well-known algorithm while compensating their disadvantages through interdisciplinary techniques. We show that by add two free parameters that do not require extra training, LOI is ensured to be continuous and derivable at all points and thus can be minimized through normal Gradient Descent algorithm. The magnitude recovery coefficient of the window function is calculated by simulation, when the signal of Kaiser window analyzed by FFT can suppressed the spectral leakage and multiplied by the amplitude recovery coefficient of window function corresponding to value of β in order to get the amplitude value of each harmonic. The simulation results show that the method of window FFT analysis and amplitude recovery can be realized by using 20 harmonic signals, when β = 10, the amplitude error of Kaiser window is lower than that of triangular window, Hanning window and Blackman window; when β = 30, the harmonic amplitude error of Kaiser window is less than 4%. For the inspection and appraisal staff, it is necessary to improve the accuracy of water gauge and reduce the error of water gauge, so as to safeguard the interests of the carrier, consignor and consignee. Reducing the weight error of draft gauge is of great significance to protect the interests of carrier, consignor and consignee. In the process of water gauge weighing, many factors will affect the accuracy of weighing results. In this paper, through real-time data collection, analysis and processing of key regulatory elements such as human, machine, material, law and environment on the construction site, it provides big data services such as dynamic identification, intelligent analysis and active early warning of potential safety hazards for regulatory agencies and responsible parties. Neural network technology is used to analyze channel congestion accurately, and support vector machine algorithm is used to allocate resources reasonably for communication and information processing units.
