Research on training problem based on WSR Methodology

Abstract

With the adjustment and reform of the military establishment system, the combat-oriented training has penetrated into all aspects of military training, and the commanders pay more and more attention to the quality of training. In this paper, the WSR method of system theory is used to analyze the influencing factors of military training activities from the three dimensions of human, physical and reasonable, and puts forward the optimization measures to improve the training quality, which provides an important reference for the army to enhance the level of combat-oriented training.
