This research based on concepts of utilitarian ethics, visual communication ethics, and tourism visual communication. For its methodology, this research uses positivistic paradigm, descriptive research, and utilitarian ethical evaluation method. The development of the Entikong Border Post as one of the tourist destinations known as the Border Tourism or Cross-Border Tourism is considered a great opportunity by the Indonesian government as one of the driving factors in improving the economy and welfare of the people around the border. Still, the osing community is dynamic so that the existence of osing culture which was only as a traditional ceremonial tradition, is now packaged into more interesting material that can be a spectacle that can be sold. The change is inseparable from the role of the village government to invite the public and the private sector to jump into more advanced conditions and even become a leading tourism object in Banyuwangi Regency. The research method used is qualitative, and data collection techniques by observation, documentation, and interviews — analysis of data with interactive models through data collection data presentation data reduction and concluding. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems faced and describe / explain the development strategy of the creative cafe industry in improving the tourism sector in Bondowos Regency. This research was conducted in Bondowoso Regency, East Java. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research uses descriptive analysis. The primary data of this study were obtained from interviews with informants and direct observation of researchers at the research location, while secondary data of this study were obtained from literature sources, the Tourism and Youth Tourism Office in Bondowoso Regency and literature sources. From the results of the research conducted the development of the creative cafe industry Coffee in improving the tourism sector in Bondowoso Regency faces several major problems, namely the first is the HR problem, the second is the capital problem. Third is the problem / obstacle related to the fourth licensing, is the obstacle in maintaining the quality of coffee and packaging or packaging. Next, the fifth obstacle is the lack of market segment of coffee cafes, which is related to marketing. Furthermore, the strategy or step that must be considered by all parties is to increase HR with the synergy between related parties both between the relevant agencies and the managers of the cafe itself. In this study, a total of 115 effective questionnaires were collected which would then be processed using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) which was operated using the AMOS application. The results of the study show that 1). Destination image has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. 2). Tourist attraction has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. 3). Destination image has a significant effect on the post visit behavior intention. 4). Tourist attraction has a significant effect on the post visit behavior intention. 5). Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on the post visit behavior intention. 6). Destination image has an indirect effect on post visit intention behavior through tourist satisfaction. 7). Tourist attraction influences indirectly on post visit intention behavior through tourist satisfaction.
